The service really set this place apart from any other of its kind !The gentleman who was extremely courteous, informative, helpful and extraordinarily polite. Wow! I ordered ahead of time, and when I got there at the time the app said my order would be ready for pickup. The young lady at up front taking orders had no glue about my order. It took about 5 minutes before someone else came over and realized that they did not put in my order! No, sorry, or any other acknowledgments. She just told me to stand aside and that my order would be out shortly. I sat down at a dirty table and waited for about 20 minutes before I got back up and asked about my order. I think my prompting started the order to be filled. I got it soon after my ok prompting. By the way, no one bothered to clean any of the tables while I was there. Customers were wiping their own tables.The manager saw what was going on but did not get involved. I got home and started eating, only to realize the coleslaw tasted dry and old, and the srimp was cold. Never come here! You've been warned!

Today bUSY AND was a crazy day for these employees. I waited a bit for my food so DID everyone else. "PATIENTLY" I Proceeded to ask the person getting the orders ready and she made my order right away. I want to thank the employees here for being so hard working and dedicated to their job. Went in for takeout. While waiting for someone to take our order, a food delivery guy came back in and complained that the delivery order was incorrect and incomplete. After he left the lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge us for at 5 minutes more. We ordered and paid then went to go sit down to wait for our food. We started looking around and noticed that the floor was was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept in days. There was even crumbs all over the seats of the booths. So when we got home, we opened up our food containers and we had food missing. We ordered two chicken meals and only got one. We also ordered a two piece cod with six shrimp and the shrimp was missing. We paid almost $40 and didn't get more than half the food. Would not recommend coming here.

If I could give negative stars I would for service. Went to this establishment yesterday. When I tried paying for my order by the tap feature, it malfunctioned. The cashier called for another employee saying, and I quote, "it did it again". The other employee came and tried my card three times before telling me it was declined. I proceeded to check my account and saw it had less of a balance than I had seen before. Being that there was a line and the employee was waiting on me. I asked for her to cancel part of my order thinking it was my mistake. She charged me for the meal and I went to sit down. In doubt I checked my bank account again to see why my balance was low. I saw that the first transaction for the original order had gone through and the new charge also went through. I went to explain to the cashier and she called the manager. The manager came and I showed her the original transaction had gone through and that I was charged twice. She very unapologetically said it had happened to her before and that I would have to wait for the transactions to post to my bank account before she could refund my money. I am disabled and suffer from PTSD. Stress takes a toll on me and this mistake on the restaurants part has put me in a bind. As I live check to check and was counting on that balance to cover other expenses. Now I have to wait hoping she does refund my money as it is the weekend and the transactions won't post til Monday. I've been a patron at Long John Silvers for many years and eat at the other location every two weeks on Fridays.Unfortunately I will not visit any Long John Silvers in the future. If this is the way the way management will conduct business, I have no reason to be a patron any further. The food is very good but service should be priority.
