First time coming here ....I didn't like the service ..we called ahead to see if they still had a specific menu item.The young lady that answer the phone said yes..so we went..when we got there we were the only ones...the waitress had to be called over, after 10min wait...when called over I notice she made a face?.. She was not friendly at all, no costumer service skills what so ever. She then comes over stating that the specific menu item is not available. Then my husband told her that we called ahead to confirm that they had it and she just stayed quiet and made a face.We just said thank you and decided to go somewhere else.Quote: first impression is always vital in either keeping or losing a customer.

Because it's Lent season I ordered the filete de pescado al modo ajo. It came with Spanish rice and a green salad. It was preceded lentil soup. This meal came to an end with a small serving of capirotada. I washed it all down with a Pacífico beer. Overall it was a great meal experience. Noteworthy, there was a steady stream of customers coming in to dine or pick-up their take out order.

They had a live dj in a crammed space. I had ordered to go. The music was so loud the cashier & I couldn't hear each other's conversation.The last time I went, it was in 2016. It was pretty decent back then. Now, it looks like nobody is maintaining the place.Parking: To find a parking spot was insane! When I found one, it was so tight to get in & out. Had found a spot in front of someone's home, but it was pretty dark since there were no city lights to illuminate the street. It was quite a walk if I had parked there.

**First timer review**I read some reviews about rude waitresses and cold food, I didn’t get that I’m my experience. Could of just been one of those days. Previously I said the Hamburger Inn 2 had the best burger in the lower valley, I now will change that to here. The flavors were fantastic, the others have been pretty bland compared to a Los Toreados burger. Other than that everything we ordered was bought out on time hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was attentive. Great experience, definitely will be returning.
