Horrible experience. I took my family out to eat tableof 7 people, to begin with the waitress said there was a “priority” uber order before us that we will have to wait longer than usual. We received our food more than 1hr later, other plates that were ordered were good but our big problem was with the parrillada . Waitress came and told us baked potatoes were going to take a while I asked her how long will it take she had no clue, so she asked if we wanted to replace baked potatoes for either guacamole or French fries we decided guacamole well we didn’t get the guacamole 15min later. The crazy part was when not even 5min after she had told us there was no baked potatoes other tables that arrived after us they all had baked potatoes with their plates. Immediately we asked for a manager, manager didn’t come to our table after 30min because she was out delivering food. We came to find out From the manager that she was not even out delivering food manager said “No I was not delivering food” waitress lied to us. Manager didn’t even apologized for the bad experience she went on about her business. My family and I are notpeople who like to complain at all but when it’s one mistake after another that’s when it’s a problem. Waitress had a horrible attitude after the incident

un pésimo servicio! la mesera fue descortés y lenta. pedí sopa de tortilla a la cual literalmente le pusieron salsa de toma encima con queso y una rebanada de aguacate y aparte mi plato todo chorreando por los lados que hizo que mi servilleta se mojara, le pedí cambiarla y jamás lo hizo. la ensalada de pollo es una plasta de mayonesa con lechuga, nunca especifica como es que viene preparada y aparte de todo tiene como 2 trozos de pollo... es muy desagradable y decepcionante este lugar

1st time..food fresh and service was excellent. Prompt dining experience. Pricing was expected, I ate for$20, but took an entire meal home with me. El Paso's diamond. Highly recommend.
Bad experience, server didn't take our full order plus they don't have a single functioning high chair in this establishment. Not only that but while you hold your baby you'll have to eat your cold dry tacos with no salsa of any sort and no refills on your drinks if you manage to not choke to death on the carnitas you should probably praise the Lord for the miracle. Does not recommend.

My 1st And Last Time I Will Eat At This Establishment. Terrible Service, Food Was Mediocre, And The Waitor Would Only Listen To Part Of The Order That She Wanted To Serve. Had To Repeat Myself 3 Times, And Still Brought The Wrong Order To The Table. I Don't Know Why She Felt To Move Our Drinks And Food When She Would Bring Us Condiments, Etc. I've Been To Other El Toreado Restaurants In El Paso And Have Never Had A Experience Like That.
