I had heard of Marina’s bakery for a while and I finally decided to try it.I got the German Chocolate cake and I was absolutely blown away!!As somebody who has baked cakes since I was 8, I can tell when a cake is good as soon as I slice it. I was able to cut it smoothly with a butter knife. The cake was so moist and delicate with a hint of Coffee in the frosting to say the least it was delicious.I’ve been to so many bakeries in El Paso to try out their cakes, but this is the only one that has actually impressed me! I will be coming back soon to try everything else!

Delicious, delicious, and delicious ?. The owner looks mad all the time. Doesn't feel welcome are appreciated. I have been going to this place for 7 years, and she never speaks to me. Mmmmm, I watch others come in, and she greets them. She serves me but never speaks. I love their pastries, but my wife and I have decided not to go back.

Went in today and it is such a great place! The two girls there were so nice and gave excellent customer service :) The cookies with Hello Kitty on them and the pastry I got were so delicious!! We will be back
The decoratied cookies are delicious but the young ladies behind the counter are rude and very Unprofessional. I usually buy a large amount of cookies but today I was told there was a limit. First time I've ever been told that. This was very upsetting. This is a single family owned and operated business. Not Dunkin' Donuts. Not Starbucks. There isn't a line formed outside the door. I'm almost 90% positive they won't be selling out today. There were plenty of cookies. It's 330pm, they close in a few hours. You would think they would want the revenue. Guess not, sorry Marina. Unfortunately they are the face of Marina's. They are first encounter, first impression. These interactions formulate your customer's opinion- that can leave a lasting impression and later impact your business. I will take my business to Greggerson's Cake Cottage across the street. We heard really good reviews about this bakery so we decided to try it out. We went on a Saturday AM, as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted with horrible attitudes from the two young ladies in the front. As we were viewing and deciding what we wanted to order, we felt pressured by the same young ladies. They kept "glaring" at us as if we were wasting their time by looking at the options. I ended up choosin a pretzel that ended up being cold, as well as no dipping sauce. I do feel as if there is potential, however my recent visit has left me unsatisfied with this establishment.
