Do not come here unless you have at least 3 hours to spare. The wait time here is absolutely unacceptable. Even if you are seated immediately, your food will take 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive after ordering, no exaggeration. That goes for ramen, curry, anything. If you have to wait at all, be prepared to spend at least 2 hours before you are able to eat. I don't understand how anyone can have that much time, the owners of this restaurant must be doing this just as a hobby instead of a business. There's absolutely zero respect for your customers' time going on here. The food is good and about equal to what you'd get at any restaurant in Japan which is why it deserves at least one star above the minimum. But the slowness is simply unacceptable. Also the ramen broth is very clearly chicken broth if you care.

This has been the most authentic Japanese restaurant I have been to. When I went to Japan I would have onigiri for breakfast and they taste just like Japan! I wish they had more selection of them though. The Ramen is very rich and very delicious I will be coming back
The food is as amazing as other reviews claim, not very cheap but well worth it. However despite the good food and staff, the wait was just a bit too much. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for 1 bowl of ramen, the lack of working restrooms made this huge wait that more agonizing. I highly recommend this place but know you will be waiting for a long time for your food.

The ramen is really good but the service of the waiters is abysmal. We waited 3 hours to get seated when there was a table in the back that could seat us. The waiter was very passive aggressive and awkward.

I am only leaving a lower review for the very inconsistent business days for Tuesdays. It’s the only day i have off, and they keep closing. i’ve been wanting to get the katsudon so bad! Please stay consistent to the business days or take Tuesday off the schedule! 30 minute drives just to continually find them closed, is very heart breaking
Of all the Japanese restaurants in El Paso, it has the most homely taste.I ordered nabeyaki udon and it was piping hot and delicious.Even my daughter, who is a fan of Japanese food, enjoyed it.
I used to live walking distance from this place. Grew up walking bay it for as long as I can remember. Never been there. I finally stepped inside and it is now one of my new favorite restaurants. The Ramen soup is what they are know for and I had the black garlic i don't even remember I enjoyed it fully and a appetizer sorry. But I can promise nothing on the menu will disappoint small place several tables and a sushi bar. Can't wait to sit there. Everyone has there own likes and dislikes. I love it.

Me and my kiddo got the black garlic oil Ramen and it was amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and the wait wasn't too bad. I'm glad we got there before it got super busy. We'll be back for sure since it's so close to our apartment.

Loved this authentic ramen place! The best food is the little local hole in the wall places such as this one. Our server, Karla, was the sweetest and helped give us recommendations that were delicious! We will be coming here often.

The food tasted good. However, the atmosphere was subpar. Worst of all, it really upset my stomach.

I can't deny how good their Ramen is. Friendly staff. Just be patient they do get busy but the food is worth it.
