I just left Mc Donald’s drive thru. It was a long wait. You would think the food would be nice and hot especially the fries. I get home the fries are hard cold and dry. The nuggets same and I ordered 3 10pc and 2 kids meals both nuggets. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I talked to Daniel Nd he told me they would redo my order. That’s customer service. He said it didn’t have to be tonight. Bring your receipt. Didn’t ask a bunch of questions as if he already knew. Usually they do pretty good with the changes and having new trainees I understand mistakes happen as far as my food missing items sometimes.

Each time I’ve gone for breakfast, my order is wrong. I understand mistakes happen but when it’s each time, it can get tiring. I usually don’t have issues when I go at nighttime though! Don’t know why that is.

Drive thru service is horrible!!! Never give me my complete order, I get home and there’s always something missing, never fails!! Every time this happens I call to make them aware and I can never get someone To answer the phone. I’ve calling multiple times to speak to a manager and Have been unsuccessful. It’s the closest McDonald to my house so It’s convenient for me to go there but they ALWAYS mess it up every single time!

Read post on previous McDonald's but for the same day not so happy at this time at McDonald's not only have their fries been getting soggier I don't know if they're just repeating them but they're also over-salted and what happened to the Big Mac does it shrink on the line 2 to your car or let me microwave it cuz that to me just looks like two regular hamburgers put together on a sesame seed bun but the whole bunch of lettuce and nobody asked for

Quarter pounder was very undercooked. Clearly a health code violation. How difficult is it to fully cook a patty? Fries were soggy too. Will go back for my money.

I was very upset with my order. I have always love McDonald's fries and chicken nuggets but this time that I went my food was cold and some of my fries werent cooked properly. I do understand that they have rushes but there was no line while I was there. I am displeased with this encounter at this McDonald's
