I was really happy that this location opened, but I’m honestly disappointed with the service at this location. I come here somewhat often and every single time I’ve made an order, it’s wrong. Every. Single. Time. I usually brush it off, but I decided not to because the order wasn’t mine tonight, so I let them know today. The girl at the window was extremely distracted and seemed to have zero clue whose order was whose, named three different orders that weren’t mine and ultimately still gave me the wrong meal. I was parked at the window for a good second just trying to situate this. I’m really disappointed because this is en route to work and school, but I don’t think I’m coming back here anymore. This happens every single visit.

I have never experienced such a kind lady before her name is luisa store was extremely clean this lady was helping all the hungry kids and giving what you would call an exemplary customer service being here was by far the most peaceful and enjoyable

Although our food was alright, the place was dirty, and not a single employee said a word to us. AND WE ORDERED AT THE COUNTER. It was super awkward. Waited 5 business days for our food and nobody else were waiting on food. Employees were screwing around by the friers when one of them could've been cleaning a table or the play area.

They suck, can’t take an order or even pay attention to what I asked for at the speaker. Moved up to the window and they get mad at me as if I hadn’t asked at the speaker. Moved to the second window same thing. Plus they couldn’t find my online order. People make mistakes, but when they are rude to you for their own mistakes it’s stupid.

This location is normally spot on. Today they left out a number of items from my order. Aways check your bag before you leave. Even a great place can get it wrong once on a while. Drive thru staff super nice! This is my go to location.

McDonald's it no longer a cheap place to eat, I've spend the same amount in other places that are supposed to be more expensive.Hamburger have become smaller, prices are same or more than other regular hamburger places.I prefer to spend 5-10 dollars more but for a meal more suit to an adult.Just for the sake of it , I ordered a family basket of fries and a regular size and they have a bit less so next time just stick to the regular size on the meal.
If you want to die young, eat McD's highly processed food. Since their menu items are loaded with saturated fats, simple carbohydrates & tons of sodium they pretty much guarantee your time on the third rock will be limited. Have a nice healthy day by staying away! Full disclosure; I haven't eaten a McD's in over 40 years because I care about my health. Not sure why Google asked for my 2-cents worth, but there you have it ;)
