Everything I ordered was extremely salty and not like before. To top it off, a 23 percent gratuity and a charge for using a credit card was added to the already high prices. Ridiculous!Time to go elsewhere.

Food was presented nicely but average on the flavor on some of the plates we got, my wife got some chipotle pasta which was really good, I got the lamb chops with were lacking flavor, cheesecake was ok, it was a combination of creme brulee with cheesecake. Service was great, server was very professional and quick and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming. Will probably come back and check out the other items.

In comparison to other dining establishments within the El Paso area, when using menu, service, and price as metrics, this is mid. At best.Save yourself the experience of being surrounded with the visual stimulation created by a Target picture aisle mating with Amazon discount artwork. However, if you too also like to live dangerously, you may enjoy the ambiance created by dudes who arrive to dine wearing their gym clothing. Don’t get me wrong; I fully endorse people getting their sweat on in their Underarmor attire. Just not so sure I dig it when I’m trying to eat my ceviche tower that looks nothing like the restaurant’s picture. The food was hit and miss. The ceviche tower looked like a 5-year old’s art project, but tasted better. Very nice presentation with the oysters. The mains presented with a minimalist’s touch, as expected, but lacked any inspiration expected from a $50 a plate establishment. The duck was cooked nicely, but lacked any real flavor outside of nicely cooked duck. The Steak Diane has a very delightful and rich sauce, but looked like it was plated by Stevie Wonder.PS…if you order an imported beer from this place, check the expiration date on the back and expect to pour it yourself. Mine was a year expired. The staff was adequate, but either ill-trained or gave zero cares about the service provided. They are neither knowledgeable on the menu items, which should be a fine dining crime, nor do they have the whereabouts to open a bottle of wine and pour the first glass. Consideration; there were two staff working the complete dining room. Secondary Consideration; half the main dining area was not set up, with chairs stacked upon each other like a closed local bingo hall.Overall, this establishment receives a three star rating. If the banana foster wasn’t absolutely delicious, it would get a two. Don’t believe the pictures on the site; the food didn’t look remotely similar, nor was there any cloths on the tables. It was almost as if this place wasn’t sure if it was open for business or not.Better places to dine include, but are not limited to, Anson 11, Taft Diaz, Cedar and Vine, Victoria’s, and Mamacitas.

I made reservations for my husbands birthday. We arrive and the hostess made us feel welcome and said happy birthday to us and said it again after seating us. This was the best part of the entire evening. After this it was little while until our waiter arrived and took our drink and appetizer order. He returned later with our beers and then shortly after that the appetizer. I had left to use the restroom and when I return the appetizer was cleared and could have been part due to my husband. But my silver had gone with the appetizer. So our dinner arrives and we have no silver to eat it with. After serving the dinner the waiter notices this and states he will return with new forks. Before any of this happening my beer had been drank and was empty (it was in a glass so you could tell it was empty). After returning with the forks I ask if I can have another beer. It seemed like forever but was probably only close to ten mins before he returned with it. My husband asked if they can make a mule and he said yes did he have a preference in vodka which my husband did give a vodka. That drink took a long time as well to each us. Minding you I had made this reservation online and stated that it was a birthday celebration, I was expecting at least some little dessert and happy birthday from the restaurant giving what we were spending (over $190 check). However we had finished our dinner and had been waiting for while before the alter return when we asked for the Mac and cheese and the rest of my husbands steak and pepper to be box. We get a tiny box dropped off to the table and it’s only the Mac and cheese. Also the steak my husband ordered at medium was served medium well….After waiting another 15 minutes and no waiter we flagged down another waiter to ask for our check. He was so kind and brought us our check and made sure our deposit was applied correctly. We never were even asked if we wanted dessert. For the price of the food this place is not worth it. While the food was decent the atmosphere needed to be updated as we were outside and you could see where they taped down the “tent” and it had pulled back away and tape was just hanging there. The service also server lacks for the price you are paying. I wanted to give my husband a great dinning experience for his birthday and this was by far a let down. I would not recommend this place for a special evening. I have been made to feel more special at a chilis than here.

The restaurant is beautiful inside with a great ambiance. It's relatively quiet and you can enjoy your conversations by candlelight. The service is quick and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious but it can be a little pricey. We enjoy visiting often though, especially for nice occasions.

Great service, great atmosphere, but for a $350 bill for dinner for 2x on valentines; I can say I have had better. But, I really want to try it and it answered my curiosity.

I made a reservation for this place a week in advance for Valentine's Day weekend for me and my wife and they didn't even honor the reservation. Not only my reservation but plenty of others. I saw a lot of people walking out because there was a 1-2 hour wait time even for people with reservations. Never coming here again.

Poor service. No one said it was a 4 course dinner. Not when I made the reservation or even asked the waitres about the menu. The waitress told me and my wife at the end that she will box up our desert to go because it is included. I ask why because it did not say that on the menu. Then she explained it was a 4 course meal after we had only ordered the entrées and were about to leave. Very disappointed to have only ordered entrees and pay 120 each for them. Not to mention I was given the wrong bottle of wine as well. Bottle did have the same name "migration" but was given the duckhorn and ordered the russian river. Waitress did not do a proper bottle presentation. She said I found it then opened it and poured it into both our glasses and left. I know she was in a rush for it being busy on valentines, but serous lack of communication and to top it off they put 20% gratuity on $350 bill for 2 people for bad service lack of communication and wrong wine bottle. I dont blame the waitress for the managements lack of training. I am sure if we had a properly trained waitress we would have not had such bad experience. I did not say anything to mangement because all i wanted was to enjoy the time with my wife. I will not be dinning with this establishment again.

1. Couldn't order from the Menu sent on Email 2.There was a Valentine's Menu (I felt restricted) 3. Some food on Valentines Menu not Available 4.Would Not Recommend When I reserved,I wasn't told there was gonna be a Fee Waiter was a very nice person He did a nice Job.... Everything else was nice....

Place where people go to just spend money. Food was mediocre at best with little flavor and tiny portions. Service was incredibly slow with very little attentiveness. I understand it's more of a fine dinning establishment, however there are much better alternatives with better food and service in El Paso with a similar theme.

Went for a V Day meal last night. Ordered from the 4 course set menu which was moderately ok. Service started off great, however after the starter we then had a 45 minute wait for the main course which was a simple meat and fish dish and with no other drinks served or water refilled during the wait time. We had another event planned in the evening so I gave us plenty of time however we spend 2hrs 15mins at the restaurant and weren't able to enjoy all 4 courses missing dessert and rushing the main in order to make our other event. I had to walk up to the counter to pay so we could leave in a rush , in which they added 20%+ in gratuity and also wanted a tip which I declined. The bill came to $350!!!!! And we left annoyed, hungry and dissatisfied , not to mentioned the feeling of being robbed of so much for so little. Truly disappointed and will never return to this establishment.

Service was poor. We arrived and were seated before several others around us but their orders were taken and meals served to them well before ours. Very limited but very expensive menu. Ordered fish and it was overcooked.
