If I could leave zero stars I would I picked up food from here and before leaving I Checked the order and I noticed my order wasn’t right and I told the girl in the front if they could remake my burger. I got my order back and didn’t check it cuz I assumed they would get it right the second time. WHEN I GOT HOME I OPENED MY BURGER AND NOTICED A LOUGY SPIT IN MY BURGER! I called and asked to speak to the manager and he HUNG UP DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE THIS IS DISGUSTING

I am a customer and we always buy hamburgers there and everything is delicious and good, but today we had a very bad meal, we ordered hamburgers, the meat was raw inside, the bread and the fries were cold as if they were not freshly made, we could not eat the food like that. hamburger, today we had very bad service, we ordered them online and as soon as we ordered them we went for them, it took us 10 minutes to get them, it was very little time for them to be cold, that's how they were since they were made and the potatoes were dry and They didn't finish making them cold, very bad experience and we were customers and we recommended them, but no longer

This is the first time at this place. I live close to the area and I always wanted to try it. I was disappointed with the food. I felt the food was bland. The fries were warm but not hot. I had the burger combo. It was a good size burger but it lacked flavor. My sister had the colitas de pavo tortas. Again it was bland.The service was great. The location is small but it works.Need to try other dishes to make sure it's okay

The burgers here taste like homemade, for the price of fast food. There's a sign on the door that says they are hiring, but if they were short staffed, it didn't hurt the service at all. The young lady taking orders was constantly moving to help customers and helping the other employees to assemble orders. I took my food to go and was very pleased with the Southwest burger and onion rings.
The California burger was good, but they had my food sitting in the counter for 30 minutes before giving it to me so it was already cold. I am not sure why they didn't call the order multiple times, if they ever did. There were very few people and tables, so I am a little surprised at the poor service compared to the other location.
