She guides us to get more information about the food from Mr. Matt Finley(District Manager).Mr. Finley extended the wonderful management services with extra information, including sharing the Olive Garden Guest Relations email.

First of all the customer service was excellent and does not reflect on my rating. Now the food was very disappointing. We had a large party and food came out warm and looked amazing, but lacked any flavor. Alfredo sauce and red sauce tasted canned. Meats and seafood had no seasoning.

The food is horrible, waste of money and time, salad greens soggy, over cooked pasta that sticks to your teeth. The reason I gave 2 stars was because the only thing great they have going on is the courteous, respectful, hard working staff.

A delicious, wonderful, and satisfying meal with family at Olive Garden Italian Restaurant on Joe Battle Blvd in El Paso, Texas!We enjoyed the salad ( fresh and crisp ), the soup toscana (delicious and creamy), and the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and broccoli warm and just right. The spaghetti and pepperoni pizza for kids was perfect for a sweet treat. The portions were well served, and the prices were reasonable.Kudos to our waiter Tony for his attentiveness, engagement, and not overbearing attitude like many others that just want to get the order done and not seen again. He made us feel welcomed and cared for. We didn't have to wait or ask before drinks were refilled. We appreciate his service.Floor manager on duty at the time, very attentive and professional as he checked in a couple of times on us as well.
