Staff is always super friendly but sadly like everything else with inflation, the location has gone downhill. Half the flavors have been out for months, the base price went up 20% from $5 to $6 so even no weight Wednesdays aren't really worth it anymore.

yogurt & donuts overall are one of the best! but experience and customer service not good, two young girls working nightshift and they were rude made us feel unwelcome, even walking out of we said bye and thank you to the girl giving us our donuts and she gave nothing but an ugly look. Do better .

My favorite flavor from Orange Leaf is Orange... THEY NEVER CARRY IT ANYMORE. It's always a disappointment for me and my children. I've tried looking for it at Menchies and they don't carry it. I have asked several associates at variois times I have taken my kids to Orange Leaf when they would put the Orange flavor back up with an "I don't know" answer so until then... I guess I'll keep trying because we do frequent the establishment quite often with my children. *fingers crossed*

Walked it to get a drink, and the lady was rude and treated me as if I wasn't worth her time. Made me feel I couldn't afford her drinks cause of my color and tattoos! The gentleman was looking at me like he wanted to say sorry Sr. Won't go back nor recommend it to any of my family or friends! I just walked out. Never felt so uncomfortable!

The experience was average. The staff was nice. The selection of frozen yogurt was where it dropped them down from 4 stars. There were at least 6 flavors not available.
Been trying to enjoy their Orange flavor for months now. I understand the pandemic and the affects but for 6 - 7 months of being out of a flavor you are named after? Poor management of inventory and/or business processes sounds like more of the problem.
