Made a reservation and waited all day to eat there and when I arrived I was told that it was not a reservation it was more like a waiting list decided to leave since we had to wait 2 hrs for a table

Not like the west side location at all, I love going to of changs but on the west specifically. I’ve tried the location at the fountain twice now and was let down both times. The first time being bad food which was cold chicken and this time being seated for 10 minutes with no one offering water at the minimum.

I went there for the northern barbecue ribs at 5 PM and they were out of all ribs. Very disappointing. However, our server was delightful, and she suggested the short rib fried rice, which was delicious and a good substitute. I don't know how you can get so overrun with customers that you run out of all ribs. You know it's a busy shopping season and you're in a mall.

Hello,My husband and I went for dinner last week, food was good and we really liked how the hostess Jacqueline greeted us and made eye contact to acknowledge that we were there. Environment was calm. Professional from start to end.

The food was fast and good.I had an issue today with my online reservation for the first time.I was sent a text message to confirm one hour before.I confirmed and received a message saying see you there.But then I received several more messages.The first one came about 18 minutes before my reserved time saying they are getting the table ready.Then I got a message 2 minutes later asking to confirm that I was on my way.Then 2 minutes later another message saying they skipped me.I was driving during this time so I wasn't able to respond but I had already confirmed an hour earlier.I get there and they say they have no reservation under my name.Well I had email and text message proof and got a table after some confusion.Pretty aggravating way to start a meal.
