You'd think with Panda Express being pretty much just a drive thru that it'd go pretty quickly. Nope you have to wait in a line of about 6-7 cars for about +20 minutes. You can tell the employees are taking full advantage of COVID and take their sweet time.
I placed my order online said it would be ready for pick up at 2:30 I got there at 2:32 and it wasn’t ready, waiting on the super greens, so I waited. Finally ready at 2:50!!! I asked to speak to the manager and she just put her finger in the air, so obviously customers are not first on her list. She finally came after four mins to speak to me and said what was the problem and I told her that I had to wait for 20 mins and she came up with some excuse about the printer not working yet there was seven cars on drive thru that were in and out. Never did she say anything about the super greens or did she come and say sorry about the delay we are having some technical problems. She seemed very inconsiderate about customer service and was very unfriendly or seem to care about her service. Last time I go there.
WARNING PEOPLE POSIBLE FOOD POISONING IF CONSUMED! WOW!!!!!!! Just terriable!!!! My family of 4 all ordered food TODAY 08-05-20 around 630-7ish and got FOOD POISONING. It's 1142pm and we're hanging on to our stomachs for deer life!!! I'M REALLY UPSET ?!!! THIS IS THE LAST TIME WE ORDER FOOD THERE!!!
One thing I didn't like is that you order online and you still have to go to the drive through to pick up your order..
They made a mistake on my order and the manager moved so fast to fix it. She replaced it and the staff was so nice about it. The food was great !
really irritated on how we were were treated today. ordered a bowl and plate and they FUCKED UP the order!! we told them the order was messed up and the girl handed us a box with STILL the WRONG ORDER!!! AND GAVE US ATTITUDE!! Like WTF!?!?!! asked for the manager and another girl came up pretending to be the manager. SERIOUSLY!!! you would think that since we are in a FUCKING PANDEMIC the service would be better. guess that's what wet get for going to a chain. NEVER AGAIN!! by the way, the portions were wrong! stick with local
This is the second time I make a mobile order and it was not ready on the specific given time. I had to wait an additional 20 more minutes in front of the store. That it is ridiculous. What is the purpose of the mobile order then? I could just go to the drivethrou and wait inside my car. They are not organized and they don't know how to coordinate and perform their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Where is their manager?
Drive thru time is outrageous but the food was very good and the order was correct
Seriously, I know servings depend on the server, but this is the third time in the row I get so little chicken. This isn't worth the money when I can go get a full meal for less. Won't be going alone again.
Got my order wrong, drinks where absolutely horrible. Never bothered to answer the phone to resolve the issue (line was around the building)
On the way to work, fam wanted a quick bite. Ordered online for pickup, was told to arrive in 30 minutes. Show up on time to find out the pick up door is closed for security purposes, so had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the drive through lane. When we get to the window, they advise not everything might be available because of the time. Glad we ordered ahead of time, our order was bagged. Once home, found most of the order wrong with items missing. Late to work not worth it.
Ordered through App- due to the current condition, ordering online is supposed to help with restaurant handling customers and reducing contact. Got there on time and had to go through drive through to pick up. Previously in other Panda locations they've let us in. Finally get to the speaker and they say they're out of lo mein and will have to sub rice. There is still an hour to go and a really long line behind us and before us. So they could have made more like they said they had to with the orange chicken. But either way, our order was in advance and our food was given to the people ahead of us in line. When we told them we were unhappy they offered a complimentary drink. Seriously? No thanks. Then after waiting a 15 minutes at the window, because they were cooking more orange chicken, they didn't give us all of our order. We get home and the orange chicken, supposedly freshly made, was overcooked and dry. This was on May 25
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Steer clear of this location. they should not be operating any more with their awful attitudes and poor concept of customer service. We ordered online only 2 meals and 1 kids meal with an estimated time of being ready in 25 minutes. We show up at the time specified only to be told the food was still not ready- NONE OF IT! then were made to wait an additional 30 minutes while they barely decide to prepare the meals meanwhile others just walking in to the restaurant to order, all got their food right away.... makes no sense since we had ordered online to have it ready sooner yet somehow had to wait longer. Then when asked to speak to the supervisor, the employee went to get her and the manager spent a few minutes going back and forth with the employee asking them why she needed to come address our concerns and eventually she made her way to speak to my husband. He let her know what a bad experience we just had and the lack of customer service in addressing the issue and her response to him was "well then don't come back to our location" as she walked away. We had to call back to find out the supervisor's name so we could complain to corporate and were just told they have no manager but the shift leader is who we dealt with and her name is Jeraldee. Obviously Panda Express does not care about quality of service and employs individuals that do not care about having a job let alone wanting to be at their job. This is truly a sad situation especially with everything going on but as requested we will definitely NEVER return to this nor any other panda express location and we will make sure to let all our friends and family know as well that they should avoid this place at all cost!
Tried calling no one answers. Been waiting to order at the door for more than 25 mins! They just hang up when you try and call them! Poor customer service! I see it if you can't handle the business why stay open! Notice on all these comments not one feedback from management! Unbelievable how slow they are and rude on top of that! Express shouldn't be after panda! I ordered one freaking plate and a sprite!
