Used to enjoy Pei Wei very much and would eat it 1-2 times a week. However, I feel like the quality of the food has declined in particular the chicken. It used to be all white meat but now you get some questionable chewy chicken pieces that just makes you lose your appetite.

Used to love getting food here but I ordered Kung pao chicken to go and I got all rice with like 5 pcs of chicken if that. Bad proportions, probably won’t order from here anymore.

Great service by the late-night staff, just the food. It seemed they were just cooking to make and get the order done as fast as possible. The 4 plates we got, the chicken/beef, were undercooked, and some of the sauce was still cold.
What a disappointment! We've visited this restaurant frequently over the years, but it's really gotten " down in the heel". The furniture (chairs) were worn smooth, and the food was less than wonderful. My husband and I both ordered beef-- Korean BBQ Steak and Mongolian Steak. The meat pieces were full of fat and gristle which was not edible. The packaged fortune cookies smelled stale when the plastic was opened. The ice machine was broken, too. Also, during the time we were eating our meal, no other customers were seated. There were a few take-out orders. On the positive side, the employees were friendly.

Had the pleasure of going to this pei this weekend. I am on vacation here from AZ seeing some family and they said they wanted to go to pei wei. Usually pei wei doesn’t feel special but I think a combination of great service and amazing food with my family made this experience different. The sesame chicken was better than watching Sesame Street when I was a kid. Erica who I believe is the manager helped us out and she was super nice and answered my nieces crazy questions lol! Highly recommend
Good food, tastier than majority of Asian restaurants, very clean and Erica was very pleasant and helpful. My daughter loves the dumplings both steamed and fried. If you want to sit down and relax and enjoy your food, Pei Wei on the west side is the way to go.
