The restaurant itself was very clean and attractive. However, the lady taking our order did not speak any English. If you don’t speak Spanish it may be hard to communicate any special instructions for your meal. I ordered a coconut boba tea, the steak and tripe soup and the seafood soup. The boba tea was only ok. Not worth the almost $5 it was for a small. The worst part is I paid over $30 for two soups that were so bland and lacking in flavor. The seafood soup was almost inedible and the tripe in my soup was a gelatin mess! Disgusting! I’ve had much better soup and teas from the pho spot at Fort Bliss :/

This isn't a Vietnamese restaurant, it's a Mexican place trying Vietnamese dishes. Run by Mexican folks, the server, unfortunately, doesn't speak English. Overall, a bad experience—won't be returning!

Unfortunately, even though the food is delicious and service is great, I cannot say the same thing about the owner (whoever that is). As I was cashing out, I was leaving a big tip for my server and I was informed that the tip I would be leaving on my card would not be given as a tip. The extra cash would just go to the restaurant as a whole transaction. The only tips that are ever being kept are cash tips that are given to them. I’m not saying don’t eat here, just don’t leave a tip on your card since, it’s just extra cash the owner gets to keep. Always tip in cash! NEVER leave a tip on your card.

When does a Vietnamese restaurant not serve seasoned fish sauce with charbroiled rice plates? It's an important tradition in Vietnamese culture. Pho So 1 is a well known chain across the US, and obviously they are not doing it right. I ordered from them twice totalled 3 orders and 2 occasions it didn't come with fish sauce so I called to verified on top of them messing up my order. The location in Gateway is way better. I actually dined in and received better service, and 2 of my to-go orders does come with fish sauce. Not to mentioned their Pho is great for restaurant quality. I'll never go back here again.

The service is unfriendly and downright combative. The restaurant smells like sewer. I was with a colleague, who loved Pho. We walked in, and the smell was so bad that we turned around and walked right back out. On another occasion I went with another friend and ordered some noodles that were clearly not cooked correctly and when I complained, I received a very rude interaction from whom I believe was the owner. I have not, and will not return. There are many other wonderful Vietnamese restaurants.

My favorite Vietnamese spot since college ❤️Highly recommend! It's a must stop if you love fresh pho, vermicelli and rice bowls, soups, and bahn mi.Their bubble teas are refreshing and really good ?Tofu is an option even in their spring rolls, by request! So delicious and suited for vegans and vegetarians.Vegetarian options: Tofu available as a substitute for meat. Can be served fried (yum) or regular.
