My recent visit to Pho Tre Bien Cafe was a delightful surprise! Carolina, our server, was not only incredibly friendly but also hasty with our orders and refills. The food was simply outstanding! I had the rice with beef and my friend had the rice with chicken, each dish was amazingly good. Highly recommend this place

Big believer in the service a client receives when walking into a business. In this case my family and I walked in and no one was here to receive us. Waited for a while and had to even get closer to the back to announce our arrival, which didn't work. Heard employees talk in the back yet to attention given to the actual client. But hey good food.

Had the spring rolls, once you removed the ton of lettuce, they were good. Place was very clean and the waitress was attentive. Friendly staff.

Waitress was super sweet however they raised their prices and made their serving sizes super small my husband paid 4 dollars for basically a shot glass of instant coffee unless you wanna spend 50$ for like 20$ worth of food don't come

This place has drastically downgraded the food quality.. I ordered the crispy fried noodles with beef and rice.... My all time favorite at this place.... However on this occasion and a few other times... That's why I decided to post about it ... I got 3.... Count them ... 3 shrimp with my order and it was very disappointing.. I ended up ordering a side of shrimp which obviously was not the same style for the dish.. got about 9 pieces that were steamed cook...not bad ... But the taste ... . The taste was not what I have experienced over the last 10 years of visiting Pho from the only location on I-10.....

We love dining in here. The food is excellent, and the service is always fantastic! Thank you to Alysa for taking such great care of us and for recommending the clay pot with fish and adding shrimp. My son and I also loved the Bobba teas, and my hubby liked the hot green tea. ? ? Kid-friendliness: My son loves the Bobba teas and chicken skewers on jasmine rice.

I really need to learn my lesson and quit going back here. Whatever wait the hostess estimates, double it. Every time I go there’s never enough servers. Service is slow. I’m not sure the place has heating or cooling. In the summer, it was miserably hot to eat here. Today in Winter, it was chilly sitting inside. I’m never happy with my food here compared to the location along I-10E. Tonight I ordered a veggie pho. It may as well have been a wedge salad sitting in broth. The veggies were all huge pieces- broccoli the size of my fist, the hard stems from cabbage, carrots 1/4” thick & 6” long. How is anyone suppose to eat that? And I’m not sure it was in broth as it had no flavor. It may have just been warm water. Hopefully next time I think of giving another chance, I just don’t. My jaw literally hurts from trying to eat those giant, uncooked, hard veggies.

Our server Jared was awesome! Took my son there on Saturday cause he loves it. Jared made it that more fun for us. Food was terrific and so was the atmosphere. Wish there was a server like Jared everywhere we went. Thank you Jared. We will definitely be back to Pho Tre Bien.

Southeast Asia comes to Far East El Paso. A wonderful Vietnamese restaurant featuring traditional favorites like pho, bahn mi, spring rolls and pork with noodles. They also have an extensive vegetarian menu, brunch and the ever popular boba drinks. We will be back soon.

I just found a bandaid in my soup; and the only the thing the manager did was remove the cost of meal and said I can give you a New Pho. Come

I keep trying to give this place a try but after this last time I went I can assure I will not be going back. The service was abysmal we waited 40 minutes just for them to take our drink order and took They got my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it they told me they had ran out. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience and will be going to a new pho place.

Disappointed. I came here in the past and the food was always great. This time the "grilled" shrimp in the spring rolls was fried beyond recognition and any taste and only included lettuce and one piece of cucumber. The soda was flat. The pho broth was good, but there were so many noodles I could hardly find any broth or chicken. Service was friendly and attentive.
