The food was okay, the chicken in my pho and the beef in my girlfriend’s broccoli beef were both a bit dry. Service was really disappointing.We ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee no boba and a kiwi boba, and didn’t get it for awhile. Someone came by and asked about our drinks, which we told them what it was, and I got my coffee with no ice and boba, and my girlfriend never got her drink at all. At a pho restaurant, you would think that the PHO would be the highlight of the restaurant--well think again, at Photastix, it's not. The broth is nearly flavorless and has very little hint of what makes Pho so great, the damn broth. Major disappointment. Do yourself a favor and go to pho tre bien, or probably any other pho place in el paso, or just eat tap water and vermicelli noodles (which is almost the equivalent of Photastix. 2/10 would not eat Pho here again. Staff was friendly. The pho is a disaster ♀️ This is fast food pho. When you taste properly cooked pho with real meat, you just can’t help to compare. Clean place tho. Won’t ever come back. I don’t recommend it.
