Society says you shouldn't start with dessert first.....BUT there's always an exception to the d*** rules! Potbelly's cookies "were the bomb" according to the kids who had them today with their lunch!We started off with 5 sandwiches & chips. A couple ham sandwiches, a meatball sandwich, a Wreck sandwich and an Italian sandwich. The assortment of chips included nacho Doritos, SunChips, BBQ & Voodoo kettle chips. Threw in a bowl of chili to try out too & would recommend that on a cool day!Everything was a hit (especially the chocolate brownie cookies). Enjoy your future visit - we will!

The food is good but every single time I come here my order is messed up. 4 times I've been here and gotten a wrong order. The breaking point was today going back inside with the wrong order and STILL receiving an incorrect order the second time around (also noticed a bunch of bugs flying around). Won't be returning...

Don't let the pictures fool you. They must be old. Everything that we wanted, "they were out of". We wanted to order the Wreck and they were out. They were out of the roast beef as well. So we ordered the Turkey BLT. Added mayo, there was one small squirt on the sandwiches. Asked for hot peppers and we didn't not get them. Order drinks and they were flat. No carbonation. Definitely not worth the $30 that we spent.

Before you eat here just remember potbellys received 10 million from the sba loans .. They are a corporate not a small business they took away that money from your taxes .. Because of them many small business didnt received any help .. Dont eat here

If I can give it less than one stars I would. Ordered 2 Italian subs with the description it came it with lettuce tomato and mayo and received just bread and a couple pieces of meat. This was truly disappointing I called over 3 times with no answer asked to speak to the manager was told the girl I talked to was the manager and she told me she could process a refund for me or anything for their screw up I was a first time customer and I'm definitely not going back I spent over 30 dollars for a half assed sandwich this place is not worth it
