I go here often because I love rafas but I think today ive had enough with this establishment. The same old gentleman, fat with a beard that is always serving at the window is always extremely rude, he always rushes you to order, he makes the process feel so uncomfortable and today was just my breaking point, after pulling up to the window to place my order he moves away and gets on his phone. He stayed on his phone as far as possible from the window so I could leave and not place my order. He had me waiting outside for 15 minutes and pretended like he wasn’t there. This establishment could be thriving way more than the other rafas around town but that man on the window is stopping this establishment from making better and more business. Im disappointed because I love the food but extremely dissatisfied with the guy that seems to be the only worker in this establishment. If you read this Either hire more people or fire the man that is extremely rude.

The Chile relleno was old and nasty!! I called but the gentleman was so rude and unprofessional!! He said bring back or you're complaining well complain that's nothing else I can do for you!! I told him I drove very far to get there and there was no way I could go back, and again talking and arguing over me said there was nothing he could do. I told him I was never going back there and to keep my money hang up on him and he tried calling me back!! I guess to continue fighting with me!! Very sad situation I would have handled it a different way so rude and unprofessional food disgusting. Make sure you check your food before you drive off. Rafael lost a customer today not that they care anyway he made that very clear. Was today February 27 2024 at around 8:15 am watch out tall beard guy!❌❌❌❌??

20 minutes waiting for 4 donkeys, I ordered rajas con queso and this is the first time I've seen that this is rajas con queso, they put the chiles in soy sauce that were left over, I didn't dare eat them, I had to throw them away, I The only good thing was the sodas and we had to buy food at McDonald's again, I sent these photos to all my acquaintances and they didn't know what it was, they don't care about the money, I saw it as more of a lack of respect, I hope the people who go there will be to throw with what you eat.
Seemed like these guys just closed as customers were arriving. We arrived to this location at 3:10, they have signs that they are open and close at 4. Their signs says “drive thru only” so we pull around to their drive thru. Their drive thru sign now says closed and the front also now says closed. I call them to see what’s going on. No answer. Very poor customer service. You see customers arriving and close your business 45 minutes early. Not a very good business mode.

Most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. I got a Rajas, Bistek and chicharrón burrito and I threw all of them away. Will never go back there again. It also took 20 minutes for me at drive through to get my food. I wish i could give it a 0
