Picked up sandwiches for lunch. No problem. However, when I went to use the restroom, I got locked in. I had to bang on the door several times before someone (customer) let me out. The lock is broken and owner needs to fix it.
Ordered through app online, picked up our order on time, got home all excited just to find both our subs with soupy bottoms we could barely pick it up to enjoy. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Truly disappointing. Definitely will be going to another location.
