Our visit to Saigon Taste, a Vietnamese pho restaurant, was a delightful culinary adventure. The pho, in particular, was a standout, with delicious glass noodles and a unique mix of vegetable add-ins that elevated the dish to new heights. The broth, flavorful yet balanced, was a testament to the chef's expertise. Venturing beyond pho, we also sampled the banh mi sandwich, which impressed with its fresh cilantro adding a burst of flavor not typically found in other sandwiches. The ambiance of Saigon Taste transported us to a roadside pho shop in Vietnam, with its fantastic atmosphere and impeccable cleanliness adding to the authenticity of the experience. While the servers may have been a bit inattentive, we found their oversight to be a minor inconvenience compared to the overall enjoyment of our meal. In summary, Saigon Taste is a gem worth revisiting for its delicious cuisine and evocative ambiance.

The tendon was yellow, hard, and seemed very old.

Both the pho and fried rice are very Asian-style.

Used to love this place and ate there once a week or at least once a month. All 2023 there has been a bad decline. This was my last order. Probably not coming back again.

The food tastes great !! I've been here plenty of times before. The only problem was I found a blonde hair from the waitress in my food sadly, so I lost my appetite and no longer come here. Such a bummer.

I've driven past this place a hundred times. I'm definitely glad I stopped by. The ambiance is light and casual. The service was prompt and courteous. The food was absolutely amazing. Try the lemongrass pork belly!!

my son and i have been coming for years, yet this will be our last... it took so much out of me to not humble the owner, like really it did, i pay 50 dollars for both my kid and i to eat but today the meat looked questionable, i asked to have a new plate but it was already to late, like i said i never had problems, kindly i asked for not to be charged for pho, but she did, then had the nerve to say she gave me a discount.. regardless i paid full amount, although i shouldnt have too.. but i hope that extra cash can help the roach problem, that was also something that i had never seen, tried being nice but since they werent i wont be, no one should have to pay for bad food and service. period the waitresses awesome, they kept apologizing on behalf of their cheap boss girls you can do better RUN they hate mexicans

The service is very quick and friendly The food feels very greasy and quickly put together. The lunch sandwich special isn't that bad but the entrees that are not pho leave you feeling greasy

Good food and lots of unique items! The ambiance is chill and service is good. Will come back if I'm craving it. :)

As others have said, very expensive for very bland food. The wait staff is great, however, the food is just middle of the road. The spring rolls were fresh, however the lettuce was a little crunchy. The pho had no taste at all, and the bean sprouts were old and soggy. My wife’s meal was a little better and did save this review, but again, there are better places in town.

I feel bad leaving this review because it is solely on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Walked in to have lunch, 5/11/23 and was hit with a disgusting smell. The restaurant smells old and stale. I believe it needs a deep cleaning from top to bottom and they need to bring in all new furniture. I mean for the scent to be so bad I could not stay to eat, speaks volumes. Management, invest in new furniture and get someone to deep clean on the weekends. So disappointing.

Restaurant has a bit of smell when you get towards the tables in the back. Food is mediocre at best & extremely pricey for what is served. Got the large #16 and the broth wasn’t nearly hot enough to soften the tendon or the tripe. Noodles were really gummy like they’re pre soaked. Broth lacks flavor, fat, & spices.Server was nice but inattentive. Grosses me out when servers have long hair that’s worn loose flowing about everywhere in a restaurant. Add in long fake nails for both servers and not having proper training on how to handle glassware and plates with food means that they’re touching the lip of the glasses and those nails are practically dipping into the soup.

Food was good, but they need to upgrade to a soda fountain. They sell you a can for almost 3 dollars. I wouldnt go back and would not recommend for this reason. The can of soda is not enough and I did not enjoy the meal for this reason.
