Filet mignon was burned when I asked for medium. Not overcooked but burned & the sparkling water was served frozen. Then the check was wrong & they tried to over charge 27$ and the chef didn't talk to us because he assumed we didn't speak spanish.

After church our family wanted sushi. So we decided shoguns.. The owners wife didn’t want to give me a refill for mushroom soup yet they charged us for splitting plate. That is very upsetting bc they lady said “after covid” which it’s over and done. The Business is still in business so that is an example of theft. ($7.95 for splitting a meal) aka an extra plate. Sunday brunch for 5 people was $230. Afternoon lunch was too expensive. The server gave us attitude once we asked for the atomized receipt. We won’t be going again bc I’m not even full for spending $45 bc I split a meal and drank a water.

After church, my family and I went to Show-guns. At first great service! As soon as we sat down the older lady became rude about everything! The gentleman preparing the food was great. As soon as we got the check we realized they had charged us $7.00 and something more for sharing. we have visited on many occasions. This is our last time to go. i do not recommend eating here!

Here’s a very honest review. As far as hibachi goes it was decent I rate it 6.1 out of 10. The service was decent not worth the mandatory tip, which came out to about $24. Let’s not forget the 3% fee for using a card. We ended up spending about $40 in additional fees. Again I’m not complying just giving an honest review. I rate the restaurant as a whole 3 stars because the food was decent the service was decent. Nothing gave it that wow factor. The chef was boring didn’t put on a show. If your looking for a hibachi to take the fam to I would definitely steer clear of this place.

The restaurant was a short walk from our hotel so it was convenient for us, but it turned out to be surprisingly good. Great service, too.

The cost of this place is really high for the location, quality, and service. It may have been really nice at one point but the location now feels dated and dingy. Takes some time to start getting service so going really hungry is not recommended. Soup was ok, salad was not good, hibachi was the dinner price on the weekend. Rolls were just ok as well. There is probably a better location for hibachi. I would likely not return.
