Not a picky person, just don't like ice in my drink when I go to any restaurants. Still enjoyed the drink tho. It's not just this Sonic that has done it either. This one just seemed to add more then normal
I always order my food through the app so its ready when I get here. Its always delivered quickly to my car!
I had placed an order through your app for two drink at 4:47pm. I parked in Stall #13 and I checked in. At 5:06pm one of the car hops walked to my car with receipt in had and verified if I was waiting for the drinks. I confirmed and she told me that she was going to go make them. In my head I assumed they were supposed to be made already. At 5:12pm I pressed the red button and asked how long was it going to take for my two drinks. The person just replied "that they will be out shortly". At 5:20pm I pressed the red button once again and I just asked them for my money back. They replied with "ok". at 5:22pm the car hop was finally there with my drinks but I rejected them and told her I had asked for my money back. She left with the drinks. At 5:25pm I had to get down from my car and walked to the door and asked for the manager. The manager finally came out and told him I was waiting for my refund. He asked me to give him a second went back in and walked back out and asked me if I had the amount owed. I showed them the receipt through the app and gave me my money back. He had given me an excused that they had lost power. The car hop had the receipt. All they had to do is make my drinks, asked the car hop to verify that the drinks were paid for by asking for the receipt through the app, and handed me the drinks. I ended up leaving the restaurant at 5:30pm, 5:35pm. It shouldn't of taking me 50, 55 minutes to leave your establishment. What a waste of time using your app. It is going to be awhile for me to come back to Sonic.
The speaker quality was very poor. I had to repeat my order several times and it wasn't even. My chicken tenders look like they've been dipped in the grease three times so that way they stay hot.
It's very busy most of the times and they usually don't honor special requests. I come here because the fam likes it, but if you don't require something different then I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
DYER location is awesome, these guys always want to give you the best experience and the best quality food and beverage! You can see the quality of teamwork and leadership at this place. It’s just a Sonic, but they’re all excellent at their service. You don’t get that at even bigger chains like McDonalds.
The food was not an issue as much as the fact that my debt card was promptly used without my permission various times after I left. If you go, I would recommend paying in cash.
Quick and corteous. Happy Hour is the time to get those great drinks.
Curbside is great, but when the young lady preparing my shake is not wearing a mask it kind of nullifies whatever precautions were taken...Everyone one else had theirs on..

The Sonic on Dyer rules! They never mess up my order and are fast and efficient. I go there quite often.
Drove through during lunch today and not a single employee that I could see was wearing a face mask appropriately- they were all hanging off their faces- if you can’t do the right thing to protect yourselves and your customers maybe you shouldn’t be open.
