I actually love this place! They're on the corner in a strip mall, and there's always plenty of parking in the lot. Actually, inside is cute & modern with fun music playing and great food, and it's somehow never busy. It's classier than the name and sign outside suggest, so maybe most people just haven't tried it. But, I've been here plenty of times and my favorites are the Brussels Sprouts (charred to heavenly perfection) and Korean BBQ bowl

First and last time coming to this place. Worst experience ever. Let's start off. Sat down open seating and took the waitress like 10 minutes to come get out drink orders. Mind you there was only about 3 tables that were occupied. So when they finally brought our drinks the sprites were club sodas had no flavor and the lemonades tasted like pure water. Ordered some tall glass beers and for the very first time in my life never seen plastic cups. Like really. Once about to drink the beer noticed that one glass had lipstick on it. Dirty cup. So finally placed my food order. And the hell paso burger didn't even come with an egg. When I asked the waitress she said I had to have told her if I wanted one. Well that's weird cause it's in the menu part of the burger. So long story short, got what I got payed. But never will I go there or Sanchis since it's owned by the same owner and would imagine the service and food is juts as terrible. I DO. OT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I would give it zero stars

I would give no stars to be honest. What use to be a promising restaurant with a fun environment has turned into a nightmare of a place to eat at. This is the last time I ever eat here. They were missing several food items (fries,bacon) and they were short on utensils, cups and napkins. The drinks were all watered down. And when I told the waitress, her response was, "oh yeah, I thought the orange juice looked a little weird" but still served it to us. The one safe drink to order was a Coca Cola. The waitress was more interested in talking with friends at the bar than tending to our table. Food taste has drastically declined. I used to be a big fan of this place, but after multiple issues on different occasions, definitely not going back. Don't waste your time.

So we are one of about three couples in the whole place and it's taking a long time to get food. But what prompted me to write this is the cleanliness is quite disturbing. The floors and tables are visibly dirty and the bathroom is terrible the soap and towel and tp dispensors are broken and the floors doors walls are gross like they haven't been cleaned in years. We got our first drinks water and a beer pretty quickly then nothing she just never came back. I was thinking or ordering a margarita and well that never happened. I won't be returning and I haven't even gotten food yet. I am I

The waitresses took forever to seat us, despite the fact that a table had recently been cleared. Even once the table was cleared, we were left to wait. When we asked to be seated, the waitress mockingly stated "not yet" to my wife. She had to ask to seat at the cleared table, and once we were seated and the menu's brought out, we overheard that same waitress mocking my wife across the room. She got up and confronted the waitress, who rudely stated "what was I supposed to say?" Needless to say, we left. It is a pity because the restaurant looks quite nice, but I am certainly not going to spend my hard-earned money in a place that mocks my loved ones.

I experienced a horrible treatment at the hands of some waitresses when me and my family tried to eat there today. We were ignored when we walked in, and were only sat down when we specifically asked for tables, even though there were many open both indors and out. The waitress was extremely rude to me. What is the point of antagonizing people who just want to have a nice time with family? The service is really bad, and I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.

We had been waiting a while to sit down, but nobody helped us. When we asked to be seated, waitress was rude, and we had to ask to be seated ourselves. After that, we heard the waitress mock the request for seating in front of other waitresses. We wound up walking out. It's unfortunate, as the place looked very promising and we had been eager to try it, but the service could stand to be improved.

Our drinks(orange juice and lemonade ) were absolutely terrible, super watered down . We asked the server(red hair) if we can just change the drinks for soda , the attitude started and seemed like she was upset about it. Server did not put in one of the plates we ordered and we decided we no longer wanted the food since the rest of us were almost done eating. Server literally rolled her eyes and said “oh my god” . Server did not check on the table. Ice melted on all our drinks and we had watered down soda . Service was TERRIBLE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Manager did not even bother to talk to us .

Told we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seated, and we could leave, we waited because it had been a while since we came here, and it was a good experience, so we were hoping for the same experience. Didn't happen, we waited in a half empty restaurant, for bad service, and bad food, the Chile Chilaquiles we're tortillas chips with a little sauce on them, basically a Nacho Supreme at a fastfood place, without the fixings. We paid a premium price for awful food, and service, along with asking for brunch, and being informed that it ended at 2:30, it was 2:00, and then having them turn on the water mister, when our food came out, it was not a hot day. We ordered lemonade, and was told they were out of that too. Awful experience, save your money, and time. For the price we paid, it was not worth it, wish we left, when we were told to wait 30 to 40 minutes in a half empty restaurant.

Restaurant was not pack at all and the took around 45 to 1hr to bring appetizer. Our main dish took another hour to come out . They brought out my dish and I finished it and my wifes plate still wasn't ready . After they brought out her pasta there was a hair in her plate . And top it off they don't have any red beers !! And they didn't have ranch. The manager didn't even bother to come out and apologized or anything.

They sat us down and took an hour and twenty minutes to serve us waitress did not mention kitchen was backed up when she sat us down at our table! My family got their food and i still had to wait 20 minutes for my pasta. Once she brought my pasta out there was a hair in my pasta! Waitress was taking forever to come check on us so I had to walk up to the kitchen w my plate and tell them there was a hair. No apology just a do you want to wait for another plate. At this point just asked for the check and left!
