They mixed up my orders completely. When we realized halfway through the order, we called and advised them about it. The lady was nice but she told me since we ate half, they could not refund. How could I know they mixed them up before hand? Regardless, last time I shop at this location.

Service here is sub-par with a the staff asking you to repeat three times the order. Lack of knowledge of the menu and a one foot long BLT costing more than $20 with chips and cookie. Sorry but this is not a great value. We know that Subway has made a real effort to bring more fresh ingredients but price inflation at Subway has been over the top. The store is small and their staff has been a real revolving door. So there is room for some improvements.

Edwin was very helpful in a very tight situation. He offered to get my order done before the EZ Cater was able to send the order. We had a big meeting to cater to and messed up the address details. Edwin was willing to step in and make it as fast and orderly as possible. Thank you Edwin for stepping in and making this nightmare a wonderful cater dream. Not to mention the presentation was on point!

Bought an 6 inch black forest ham today there was very little ham and not to mention hardly any lettuce onions pickled peppers Subway definitely charging more and getting less, won't be back........

The girl with the red hair…. Boy is she fast! Made my sandwich in less than 1 minute and it was was toasted.. best part is… this was a sandwich to DIE FOR!

ASHLEY MAKES THE BEST SANDWICHES! Her Customer service was amazing... I never really come to subway and I didn't really know how to order but she was very patient with me and help me with my order. Her work ethic is spectacular working the drive thru and the lobby... I WILL BE BACK... (only if Ashley is making sandwiches) :)
