I use to love this restaurant and come here very often. Unfortunately I spoke with someone very rude over the phone accusing me of not picking up an order when I was barely placing an order. Perhaps I was confused, but I was yelled at over the phone just trying to support the business. It was very unfortunate that this was the treatment I got. I can safely say that my family and I (who have frequented Zen almost once a week prior to the pandemic) will no longer be getting our sushi fix here. Today we ordered off the lunch menu like we always do. What did we get? 4 tiny slices of each roll and two crab salads that a toddler could have eaten in TWO bites. Prices remained the same and the quantity was cut in half. Goodbye Sushi Zen

I usually get my food delivered from this place so I never actually had to go in and order there. So today, I wanted to go in and order food to go, and there was this rude looking older lady that literally shoo'd me away with her hand and kept on saying "no no go away no dine in", so I just said "oh okay I'm sorry".
