Normally the food would get 5 stars, but on this visit the Nacho sauce was replaced with cheese colored water. When you run out of any particular item in an order it is more acceptable to admit it and offer an alternative (say sour cream or Avocado) than to cheat the customer and risk being reported to the Better Business Bureau.Shortages happen. Just be upfront and advise the customers.Other than trying to be sneaky, the staff did an excellent job preparing the main entree.

We had an employee that was cleaning with dirty gloves touch "clean" cups and a tray. He was upset because I am paying cash. When I asked to speak to the manager he has poor etiquette and attitude. Roger, manager, didn't introduce himself and behaved poorly instead of showing respect and good customer service. I notified him that it was an infection control. The. Health Department would be all over that and they should educate their staff. He never apologized for his employees behavior. Poor customer service and recovery.
