They sell tripas but don't clean them properly. Tripas (intestines) are supposed to be emptied of "contents" before cooking, but it looks like they don't bother here. Nasty.

Food is always good but somehow there's always something slightly off. Order rice and beans get radish and a potato...always flavorful
$9 bucks for a taco plate, and I got full with just the tacos (I also had a baked potato). Beans and chips are free. Staff was nice, very laid-back atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available, nice atmosphere with kind staff

The quesabirrias were pretty disgusting. All I got were clumps of fat in every bite of meat. The service was pretty okay. I won’t be back. The rice and beans were absolutely amazing and that’s where the 2 stars come from.

Food is delicious, tacos are amazing. If you want Mexican food this is definitely a very good place!!
Delicious authentic Mexican food, warm family environment, and friendly service. Avoid the usual Mexican spots and go somewhere not flashy with great food.

I recently ate lunch here because of their Taco Tuesday deal: 8 tacos (but paying for 4), a baked potato with butter, cilantro, radishes, grilled onions, and charro beans. Only "al pastor" and "carne asada" could be selected, which I picked both (4 tacos each). I ordered an "horchata" to drink, as well. The biggest issues were taste and cost. The meats were under-flavored and felt as though prepared beforehand in large batches (versus cooked-to-order). On "al pastor" specifically, I observed but didn't spot any trompo in the kitchen. This meal cost $16.29—rather overpriced for Taco Tuesday. Yes, the drink contributed. Sans that, I'd think the deal equalled to a normal taco order, but with more food.Of course, I went through their salsa bar. It was more quantity versus quality: most items tasted flat except one of the green salsas. They DID give a lot of food. In fact, I could've separate it into two lunches. I also appreciated that the "horchata" came with free refills.

Hadn't been there in a while due to distance. The food is great. This is a real authentic Mexican restaurant prepared with authentic Mexican flavors. I'm not a fan of those restaurants who represent themselves as authentic Mexican and their preparation comes from canned or bagged ingredients. The plates are well served, great quality, flavor and portion for the price. I had the flautas and tripita tacos which were prepared very well. The flautas were crispy but not hard or burnt. The tripitas were prepared how I asked and had a pleasant flavor. The service is great and friendly.
