Horrible customer service! I called 5 times before going to the restaurant, and never answered the phone. I get to the restaurant, wait about ten minutes in line, just to order (outside with wind and dust blowing in every one’s face.) When its my turn to order, they were already out of Menudo. If one of my calls would’ve gotten answered, i would’ve avoided everything but their service is just plain horrible. By the way, i dont think they are super busy, because when i was already inside just before ordering i heard two of their employees playing around. So i can assume they have time to pick up the phone.

We got take out... but had to wait outside, in a line, by a window. Not a bad thing if it was a nice warm day but when it's windy and cold outside, it's not good customer service. A paying customer is a paying customer... they should offer inside seating for those who are waiting.

This place could be a little better if the service was a bit more friendly and not so passive aggressive. The tacos are really good but maybe cut the radish a bit smaller and we were expecting cebollitas and we didn’t get any. The jalapeño was burned and not cooked all the way. We did not eat it. No one ever came to check on us after they served the food.
