Dirty restrooms, poor customer service, rotten beans. I complained about my charro beans, which were spoiled,to the manager in which he offered another item such as refried beans or rice. I explained again the beans were spoiled and he did not care. He also had the cashier talk to me although I requested to speak to him. At the same time, a different customer complained of rotten squash and cheese, which he got a side of tortillas instead. I requested something different such as dessert or a refund but he said it had to be food. I guess desserts here are not a type of food. Be careful with this place to avoid food poisoning. Will not return ever. Should of looked up other reviews before coming here.

Placed my order online for delivery because I do not have a car. My order was completely wrong and incomplete. Whoever was the expeditor on my order should be fired for failing at their job. You work for a paycheck and fail to follow through. So disappointed in your service and charging me 36.00 for my incomplete order. You rob people who order and you completely do not care. I will have my bank investigate you and your practices. I will never order from you again!!!

Great tacos and excellent salsa bar! But unfortunately the service and staff here is a total joke! Here is a picture , the entire staff and nobody at the register with the ridiculously long line. Unacceptable! No management in site either.
