This place was jammed as always when we went there. It is an enormous Chinese buffet with a Mexican food bar, a really good sushi bar, a Mongolian Grill, a plenitude of American style foods, and of course, lots of great Chinese food. If you can't find something you like there then you are far too picky. Because the place was so full, it was getting a bit messy but the staff was working hard to keep it clean. Despite it being a buffet, our server was spot on, keeping our drinks full and our dirty plates removed.Parking: This is a big parking lot in a strip mall, but this very large restaurant does a huge amount of business. I would be surprised if it isn't the busiest restaurant in El Paso. Consequently, even though there is a lot of parking, you have to park kind of far from the restaurant in the strip mall parking and walk. Not super far, but it does take a bit to find a parking place.

Very bad customer service from the moment you walk in with some cashier's and hostess to some of the servers. Cashier don't take the initiative to welcome you and invite you to aproach the counter. Hostess didn't give me silverware when I mentioned my party was already sitting....and "where did the get this old guy" server made 4 visits total and even when he saw me eat with my fingers, did he approach to offer utensils or ask if we needed any refills. Tipping comes from great customer service. No Customer Service = No Tips.
Went there on a Friday during lunch time. Apparently a lot of people had the same idea because it was packed. We waited around 20 minutes for a table. The entrance is ok, they have a large waterfall-type fountain. Most of the food was typical buffet type food but it also included sushi and other seafood. It was good but some stuff was rather dry.The woman's restroom was rather dirty. One of the stalls was completely unusable?. Over all it was just another buffet restaurant which I'm no fan of but if thats your thing you'll probably like it.
