So hard to write this as Pizza Joint is one of the best places we like for pizza and wings. This is for the downtown one on Stanton. We got there just a minute after 10 and they would not sell us a slice we wanted. They said it can only be cheese or pepperoni. They would not allow us to add extra toppings. We order wings Pete’s gold style our favorite. It was full with 2-3 other families with kids We had to ask them to change the playlist as the music was full of bad language which they did. They served us our pizza slice after about 5 minutes. It was stale and unflavored. The sauce is usually really good but it was awful. 30 minutes passed and I had to ask a worker how long the wings take. And he went to find out. The girl came to give us our wings and were not sauced properly and they looked like they were not done either. Ruined our night. Really. We asked for a refund and she was not able to print a receipt for the refund. Can’t believe something as simple as this can ruin our night. Hope that refund for the wings shows up. They should have really given us the entire refund instead. Not going back to this location. Ever. Stay away. Go to the one on Mesa. They work better over there.

This is my favorite pizza spot in El Paso, the pies are huge. You get so much food. This location did however take a really long time to bring us our pizza and it was overcooked. I'll still go back because it's so good.

The pizza is very good! We ordered a 20" pepperoni pizza and a slice of their Maui Wowee. The single slice was warm, but the whole pizza was hot, right out of the oven.The service is acceptable; not great, but not bad either. Acceptable.Note that they do NOT accept cash, and the restaurant is very small. They only have six tables, but they do have two counters available to eat at.All in all, it was pretty good. We will come back, but not too soon. Recommended. 4/5.

We really like this place, the pizza is really good and the staff is always friendly.
Went to pick up food, and showed this gentleman with glasses who’s a bit bald. Once he handed my order, he told me ‘people don’t appreciate phones so close’Go figure.

I visited the Pizza Joint with a friend whom i dont share the same taste in pizza toppings. We ordered a “Meatie” pizza with added half mushrrooms but there was some confusion. We explained this to the manager and he was very understanding and very helpful. I would definitely recommend, GREAT customer service and patience, not to mention the amazing vibes felt by all the workers working the back. From the cashier to the girls that made our pizza to the manager, everyone here was amazing. Visited 1/28/2024 at around 9pm.
