I waited to place an order for almost five minutes with no one in line. The employees did not even acknowledge my existence. Very disappointed with the service I received.

I ate inside to do a little work while waiting for my car at pep boys next door. Workers were really nice, food was good. No complaints there. Plus the lobby and bathrooms were really clean. Definitely a good experience.

This Restaurant's policy is to service live customers 1st. All delivery/online orders have to wait until the lobby is not busy with live customers. This is very frustrating because the delivery order customers aren't yelling at the restaurant or manager on site, instead they are raising concerns with the delivery driver who is not at fault for this backwards policy. Shame on you JI management.
