We were just passing through El Paso and decided to try it out per my son's suggestion and we ate inside. All of the crew were courteous, attentive and kind and not rushed like I would experience in a fast food chain. I liked my food and everyone else enjoyed theirs too.

At 10:20 PM Mountain Time, I pull up to the 2nd drive through speaker and nobody says anything via the speaker for a few minutes, I say hello and a female says welcome just a few minutesx More time passes by and meanwhile the first lane is attending customers just fine, taking order after order even though I arrived before they did. I wait and wait and finally take off without ordering once I got tired of seeing everyone place their order in the first lane. Never coming back to this location again (Montana and Tierra Este, El Paso TX)

Being from the Midwest, this was the first Whataburger we had been to. The staff were very friendly. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to explain the menu. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Taste like real burger. ?Wheelchair accessibility: It had handicap parking lot and a ramp.
The wait in the driver thru was excessively long.After placing my order, I had to wait an unreasonable length of time for food preparation. The delay in receiving my meal was unacceptable. After receiving my meal I headed home to find that my order was completely wrong, I had to drive back to the location to have the problem addressed.Overall the service was terrible.

You know, we’ll get Whataburger in Albuquerque (where we live) and they’re pretty good - but Whataburger in Texas is just so much better. Soft, toasted buns, fresh toppings, crispy fries & screaming hot apple pies… damn, it’s good!This Whataburger was on their game this evening. Working a second line in the rain, running out orders to all of us quickly & everyone smiling as they did it. Kudos, folks. Great job and great burgers.

Well definitely wasn’t expecting to leave a review for a fast food chain. But honestly, I was blown away by the quality of the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant! Whoever is managing this location deserves a raise. Please keep it up!Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese and add onions!!
