The service is extremely slow. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I placed my dine-in order at 3:43 by 4:17 it wasn't ready and when I asked for a refund around 4:25 it still wasn't ready.

This is the best wing stop we have ever been to. The flavor was on point and the wings were cooked perfectly. Even the fries were amazing!!!It was so good that we stopped and ask who the cook was to tell him how impressed we were with his cooking skills. His name is MIKAL… Wingstop needs to give this man a raise!!!!

Ordered on-line for carry out. It was supposed to be ready in 48-55 mins. Got there at the that time, not only was the order not ready but they hadn’t even started. We waited for another 40 minutes for the order to be ready. The place was packed with people waiting for orders. The staff didn’t seem to have a care in the world. Over all horrible experience.

I'm only giving 5 stars to the young worker named Alicia there. She is such a sweetheart and treats customers so kindly. She was one of the only ones with a smile on her face, despite how hectic it was in there. Also, she was the only one I saw cleaning the tables. The rest were pretty rude and arrogant, especially the manager. She doesn't know how to speak politely to her workers and tries to humiliate them in front of customers. Pretty sad.Alicia, you're gonna go far in life. Thanks for being so kind.

Yes it's a popular wing stop. Yes this means wait times can be longer. The food is delicious when cooked and seasoned properly. My only legitimate gripe is the stupid Soda fountain they have in there and maybe all wing stops for that matter. For the love of all that is good, how are you going to put a touch screen soda fountain in a wing place? Call my crazy but I think it's disgusting to walk up to refill my drink and a disgusting greasy touch screen is staring me in my face and I look around and everyone is sucking on their fingers around me. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be tarred and feathered. Install a regular soda fountain already!!
