I don't leave many reviews, I know here's comes the but the food was good. The service is bad, very slow, and put in an online order 25 minutes later . My order was ready . I know now for sure I won't ever be coming back to KFC in waxahachie or ennis, both suck !! ?

Going on 30 minutes for 1 order of nuggets and fries...Why???? All you sell is chicken! This is ridiculous! If I hadn't already paid $10 for nuggets, I'd leave!!! Outrageous! I will say the cook tried to apologize and compensate for the mishap, unlike the person who took my order, who seemingly was upset about something. (She was outside on the phone pacing and hollering at someone 28 minutes into me waiting on the order that she said she'd be bringing to me). The food was hot. The fries were good and crispy which is what I wanted. I can't say I'm eager to return. Do better KFC! There are too many other chicken options in Ennis for this establishment to operate like this!

The Ennis location has been on point 3x in a row for our 10 day visit in this area!! The customer service was awesome all 3x. Every time we were greeted and served with plenty of hospitality. And the food!! Always fresh and delicious. No complaints AT ALL for this location.Waxahachielocation, however, was a big disappointment!!
