The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars and service got 3 stars is because when I would ask for something to be fresh, 9 out of 10 times it would not be fresh and I’d always have to go back or call and speak to the manager. Now, I will say that one of their managers, Sonya who I only see in the mornings, is a great manager when it comes to customer service and making things right. Twice now she has done an excellent job of making it right. I had asked for a fresh hash brown, and twice I received a rock hard, cold one. When I called to inform McDonald’s, it was Sonya who I spoke with. The next time I went, she not only made sure it was fresh, but she even gave me another one. So I got 2 and I didn’t even have to pay extra. The second time I didn’t have to pay at all for them. That’s good customer service right there.

This is the second time I have bought chicken nuggets, supposedly regular and they have the spicy taste to them. Whether it is from using the same grease to fry them in I don't know. Last time I ate them I was sick for two days so this time I had to make another stop to get something else to eat. I wasn't going to go through that again. VERY disappointed!

Absolute worst McDonald’s, I’ve ever been to. This is the second time, that we had to wait over an HOUR, to get our food. Horrible service. No one seems to know what’s going on, there. Also, the manager hung up on me. Worst service. Will never use this McDonald’s again.

FIRE VERONICA EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! Hands me the wrong drink I ask nicely for her to get me the correct drink. She takes 5 minutes to get me the new one and hands it to me completely covered in soda and half empty. Also the soda was completely flat and disgusting.
Order a Oreo, McFlurry and this is what I gotI said you could at least fill it upall they said was its the same amount as our mcFlurry cups and close the

Got a chicken nuggets happy meal with a large coke. The fries were okay but they were small pieces. Maybe that's how it goes with a happy meal. The chicken was crisp and hot. That made me happy. I recommend and may stop y again if I'm on the road.
