Firehouse subs y'all should be proud of Ethan and James who took care of me 5 minutes before they closed.The app was not working correctly for the promo code that was given yet those two incredible employees went above and beyond.As a business owner I am extremely grateful to see hard workers give 100% even 5 minutes before they close. Our dine in order was put in the pickup queue, we didn't know it was done til much later, disappointed in the confusion by the staff (it was apparent that this wasn't the only issue at the time). I've also had issues with this place before in not understanding when I order two of the same sub, and having to wait for another to be made. Besides that, the subs are great.

Food, when made correctly is delicious. But the staff can't seem to understand no cheese or dairy on gluten free bread. Clearly allergies don't register for some when reading instructions IN BOLD on the receipt.Dietary restrictions: They ignore them completely.
