Let me go on record by saying that I used to love Zoe’s above all other healthy fast foodie type of restaurants. Now that it is in the midst of being bought out by Cava, another Mediterranean restaurant, they are slowly pulling some of the best food items from the menu.They’ve taken out the Reuben sandwich, the lemon cookie, and now the salmon from the salmon cauliflower bowl. I don't normally write reviews, but Maddie was too great of an employee to pass up the opportunity to give her a shout-out. Her kindness speaks volumes to her character and the quality of her customer service is not something you come across everyday. Moments like these are what makes life delightful and sweet. My first time here and really enjoyed it! Good portion sizes, friendly staff, food came out fast. Overall great experience and looking forward to trying more stuff on the menu. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and it had great flavor and not too much spice.
