We were told to wait... when they took our order, it did come out pretty quickly. The car hope was just mater of fact... mostly all our visits, they r really friendly, and offer extra condiments... Had a burger and coney meal the burger and coney was great! The fries on both were old and rubbery. Still like Sonic, but we have received better service and fries

Issue with my order (chicken sandwich was missing the chicken part and my Premium Burrito was looking pretty standard as it was also missing everything except the sausage and egg). I rang the staff and asked for someone and they sent the GM out. I didn’t get his name but he was fantastic and got us straightened out very quickly and even had a laugh about it. As far as Sonic food goes I was satisfied with our order. The 5 stars is for the GM who was extremely professional and friendly. Mistakes happen but it’s how they are dealt with that matters.

Worst Sonic I have ever experienced. I have been here a few times, and the experience never gets better. If the service is quick, the order is wrong. If the order is right, it will be cold by the time you get it. Last time, I waited 45 minutes for a couple of burgers, an order of tots, and some mozzarella sticks. Will NEVER be going back to this location. Worst Sonic on the planet.

We stopped on Christmas Eve and apparently the 5 High School kids were bored and running some kind of prank. They told us it would be a seventeen minute wait and then fifteen minutes later told us they were no longer taking orders. They then proceeded to only respond with, “Have a blessed evening.” to any I else we said. We had to drive around the business to leave and all five of them lined up to wave goodbye smiling and repeating, “ Have a blessed evening.” Laughing as if it was the funniest prank ever. I wish I had taken a picture to show the owner. I looked on Yelp later and realized this must be their “thing” as we were not the only people they did this to that night. I hope the business owners see the complaints. There are several of them. Customer s beware.

Do NOT waste your time at this business. The kids staffing the business are a waste of your time! We pulled into a very busy Sonic on Christmas Eve staffed by 5 high school kids with no adult supervision. One of the young girls told us on the speaker that it would be about 15 minutes before they could take our order and would we mind waiting. We said it was understandable and not a problem. In 15 minutes we pushed the order button again and the same girl said that she was sorry they were no longer taking orders at that time. We said, "What?" She just kept repeating, "Have a blessed evening." Over and over and over, like you would expect from a high school mentality. As we drove around the building, 5 what appeared to all be high school kids stood and waved at us repeating, "Have a blessed evening." So disrespectful. I'm sure they thought they were being cool, but mocking a Christian saying on Christmas Eve is rude to a level beyond their understanding. Shame on them. It speaks volumes of what entitled brats were left to run this place! We drove down the street to Subway which is run by adults who are trying very hard to run a business and made us the best sandwiches...like they actually cared about their customers. I wish I had read the reviews on Sonic in Yelp! Wow! The only good review must have come from a local related to one of the snots who work there.

Stopped here on a road trip from San Francisco to San Antonio. Appreciated the patch of grass in the center for me and my pup to be able to stretch our legs and enjoy the sun. Ordered a hot dog, sweet tea, and tots - nothing special. Tots tasted real fried, hot dog not memorable, the sweet tea and sonic ice were the star. Machine wasn't reading my card but overall would stop here again for convenience.

All of our food was hot and fresh!!! Came out quickly considering how busy they were. The pretzels and chili cheese tater tots were piping hot.

So last night at around 10pm i went to sonic here in fort stockton to begin with i ordered icecream they said they are not making icecream at that time. So i got drinks and fries for my mom. Awhile later my mom sends me this after opening her fries. The girl who took my order is named Hunter she was really rude for no reason. When i called the store to let them know she answered i believe shes a manager there as well. She was really rude in her tone of voice and it was like she already knew i was going to call because she knew who i was stating what stall and car i was in. She did not apologize or anything she just said to go in for new fries and “a discount i guess”. Who knows what was done to my drink as well because i accidentally dropped mine before i could even drink it. It is not the first time this happens to me or other people in town especially with this certain “manager”. She does this intentionally due to the facts she has a problem with a family member of mine. As far as im concerned it is ilegal to knowingly or intentionally tamper with food that may be sold to the public for consumption. I went by today to speak to “the boss” about it and the entire time i was talking he was just smiling and giving me that look like he didnt really care. I also asked what time they close and stop serving icecream and they told me 11 so why could i not get icecream at 10.? I dont usually go to sonic for this same reason but when i do its always something. Very disappointing!!

We had a problem with the chicken strips. Then, when we spoke to the manager, he didn't give me enough of my money back. It's like they don't know how to cook or calculate. Probably won't go back.Was nice enough, thus, the three stars.

Wow! Just stopped by for a nice easy meal. Asked for a slushy to go with my son's drink. She said the slushy machine wasn't working, to select something else. Ok, asked her to hold while my son looked at the menu and she said "I do not have time to hold." If your machine doesn't work and I have to come up with a new order, why are you being rude to me? Terrible service. Girl hates her job.
