The literal WORST experience I have ever had with a burger place.I haven't had Dickeys BBQ in a long time but the last time I remembered it was okay.They really should have just kept to barbecue and not branched out to burgers.This was my first and last order for the Big Deal Burger branch of Dickeys.I placed a really simple order.2 single combo orders. One with BDB sauce and a slice of cheddar cheese with a side of Cajun fries. And the other just mayo and ketchup with seasoned fries.1 double combo with BDB sauce and seasoned fries.The burgers were cold, cheese wasn't melted, and the lettuce looked reused and not fresh. They were dry and none of them came with any sauces except barbecue sauce. Something I didn't order.The fries were all the same and COLD AS HE**! They were 'seasoned' if that's what you want to call them. I added my own salt. They didn't have the audacity to keep them under a warmer or anything. I immediately contacted DoorDash about my experience and was met with a "request declined" on a refund I never asked for. I simply said look at the company reviews. I wish I had! Why allow a company to use your services if they never deliver on the quality of food. All 1 star reviews. Door dash doesn't care and neither does the restaurant. Save y'all's money and don't order here.
