I arrived at this location at 8:00pm and placed my order at 8:01. When ordering the rotisserie half chicken I was told that there weren’t anymore. The employee working the window paused to go and check and then corrected his original statement and stated they did in fact have some rotisserie chicken. I was ecstatic to complete my order. I DONT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE A STAR, BUT I HAVE TOWe were standing at the counter ready to order and the girl just walked to the back! Didn't say a word just left us there! So we left. So very disappointing. It use to be a good place. We are still in shock. Guess we know now why the place was empty!

I have always loved eating at Boston Market, but TODAY...the food was completely disappointing. The chicken was so dry that the fork couldn't pierce it. You can see where the feathers on the leg near the base had been. The mac and cheese was soupy. The spinach was salty and looked like it was gelatine. I am so unhappy and I live too far to take it back. Just disgusted at this point because I was really hungry...$15 waisted.
