The food was inconsistent. My girlfriend and I got the same enchiladas, her plate had fajitas meat in her enchilada. Mine had ground beef in one and cheese in the other. I let my waitress know about the cheese enchilada and her response was ( why didn't you tell me before you started eating it) I wouldn't have known it was cheese until I started to eat it. The waitress was rude and she kept saying that their tortillas were home made. We have a factory in the back where they are made. I don't like to complain however this one took the cake.

This place is a little gem!! Its very unassuming, with an unexpected location, but don't let that fool you. Cardona's is serving up fresh, homemade Tex-Mex that rivals all other restaurants in the area. The chips and salsa are delicious, as was the burrito bowl situation I had. You can even purchase homemade chips to-go, which is super cool. As a bonus, the service is incredibly fast, so its a great place to have lunch.
