You can never get through on the phone. when you leave a message, NOONE calls you back.my food carton had " red stuff" in it??? I tried calling and the answering service was NO HELP. I was finally transferred and left a message and still waiting for someone to call me back... 10 days later and counting!

The food is incredible! We love the regenerative beef and chicken practices! Burgers are top notch, you can tell ingredients are fresh! Only gripe were that we wish the fries were cooked in beef tallow!! Service was phenomenal, we had Rowdie take great care of us! This place is great overall with a nice outdoor patio area to dine and they have a great 3-6pm 1/2price happy hour Monday-Wednesday!! Would highly recommend!

I ordered pickup from this place because I love the Parmesan truffle fries and nacho fries, and my order was not fulfilled because they didn’t have enough fries I guess?? I went around 7:30pm. It was so disappointing because I had to order other place to get food.

Overall, it was a good experience. The workers were more than helpful. The food was good. The Nashville Hot was excellent! The cadillac burger was good, but the truffle oil gave it an odd taste. The fries came out fast and first, but our service was slow, and we were almost finished with them before our burger came out. The shareable fries are big enough for two people, but no more. The atmosphere was great. The bar is centrally located in the place. There is outdoor seating, and the place backs up to a park, which is great if you want to enjoy your company at dinner and not have the kids hanging on you. Overall, it is a solid place to eat.Parking: The area and lanes are on the smaller side. Trucks, especially a dual cab, will have issues getting in and out.

I would like to know why in the world they would take off one of the best flavor of fries they had???? The barbecue ranch fries. Those were the absolute best. The other flavors are good… But those were absolutely amazing. I don’t like it when restaurants take the best things off the menu.

The food is always delicious, and the truffle garlic fries are the best fries ever. I also recommend the magic shroom burger if you love goat cheese, mushrooms, and pesto.
It’s sometimes hard to give a burger place five stars however this one leaves nothing to criticize, which should not be a focus anyway as a reviewer!The entire buildout is open, modern, crisp, colorful, and decidedly NOT silly or overdone, as places easily can be.We started with the green chili queso fries. In addition to the chili queso, there are also standard options of ketchup and mustard along with chipotle ketchup and honey mustard. I must honestly say the sauces are completely accurately named and the refreshing tastes were spot on. I had a hard time getting away from the queso or chipotle even with such options! A pleasant challenge to have. Quite good!The fries came out first on purpose and really is a proper call in the entire experience. It not only gives you something to nibble on while entrees are prepared, but allows for gently passing the time, and granting an opportunity to peruse the bar.We orders the chicken tenders with hot honey sauce and the Goodnight burger. Both were prepared as ordered and cleanly presented. I was personally quite happy that they served my burger with a ‘real’, serrated knife, which most places do not; and if so is often a dull butter knife. Portions were ample,especially after scarfing the fries.The entire staff was absolutely positive, well-educated on the menu, etc, and exhibited professionalism down to retrieving to-go containers, etc on request. We even asked for a copy of the receipt, as I learned they have a rewards program, which I downloaded while there. They were even able to quickly dig that up and print it.I often comment on bathrooms as they are an overlooked item in many establishments. These are sharply kept and quite sanitary. Well done.There is truly something for everyone, from the indoor and outdoor seating, to the kids items and a full bar for the adult in many of us.I will return!Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. Good for young ones and cool enough for teens.Wheelchair accessibility: Very open and accessible. Friendly staff is more than willing to help. I have family in wheelchairs.
