I called my usual IHOP at 35W and 170 to ask if they could substitute the hash browns on my order for grits. I spoke to a really rude lady who obviously would rather have been doing anything other than speak to me on the phone about anything. I don't know what her name was, and I don't want to. She didn't know where the IHOP was, what highway it was on, or anything. She knew there was a Pilot, which I think might be the name of the nearby truckstop... not sure. Really pricey, food is alright but the quality doesn't always equal to the price it stands at. Pancakes are at least enjoyable. Service tends to really be slow, but they're short staffed so I empathizeBut the servers and staff deserve a lot more credit than they're given, they're always outgoing and an absolute delight, each of them need to know they're all doing a great job!

Hubs put in a carry out order and unfortunately this review will align with previous reviews. Ordered pancakes, bacon, hash browns and fruit. Pancakes were cooked, GF pancakes looked good as well. Open syrup in the bag. Fruit was slimy and appeared old. Bacon was undercooked and didn't look safe to eat. Health dept prob needs to check this place out.
