Unfortunately they are not going to throw nothing away. Especially meat. They will keep reheating until gone. Got to eat it or just get your money back!Ask for sample before you order!

Food was absolutely disgusting. The Brisket sandwich was sooo dry that I thought it was beef jerky and not brisket. The sausage sandwich was not even sausage it was bratwurst overcooked and dry. Two of my coworkers were not even able to finish eating their brisket sandwich because of how overcooked it was and dry. Nothing tasted good and the barbecue sauce was just a cup of water with very minimal sauce added to it. VERY disappointing experience and I do NOT recommend that anyone eat at this restaurant. The icing on the cake was they DO NOT even have ribs available at all yet they are on the menu. STAY AWAY!!!Parking: Parking is very awkward and difficult to manage as there is very few parking spaces available.

Just my opinion but the bbq was not that great, would not returnFries were soggy and not crispy, and the rub seasoning was underwhelming.Sausage which is sausage brisket I guess has no flavor to me.The brisket itself on the brisket sandwich was cooked great, however not much flavor. (Lots of fat too)Worst of all was the bbq sauce to me. Watery and flavor was pretty gross.Mostly edible but not enjoyable. The service is nice, but this place doesn't cut it flavor wise for me.

We've been coming to Longoria's for years. The food quality and employee friendliness have never declined. We are always warmly greeted and feel welcome. The food is delicious, and we look forward to supporting this local small business for many years to come.

Long time favorite BBQ Spot…of all the places and personal kitchen bbq I’ve tried, Longoria’s is the best! The sausage is the only place that makes their own with brisket in the area. I grew up in Everman and have always been fond of Longoria’s. Coming back to town is reminiscent of the Sunday dinners we’ve had with their food! Thank you for still being spring serving your customers!

Visited The Longorias BBQ for the first time today and the food was amazing. The sausage was made in house and the brisket, chicken and ribs melted off the bone. I highly recommend this establishment to all. Everyone from the owner and the staff gave great service and made us feel as if we’re at home barbecuing on our back yard.
Came just based off the reputation of the Google reviews and we loved it. Yes, a little pricey but you're getting some HUGE portions and quality food. (Honestly, the wife and I could've split one meal)

This is ranked on my top 10 worst bbq in DFW. It's pretty bad that ive never even heard of this place so I was in the area and I was told that it's bad because there's another bbq joint just down the street. But I wanted to try it out and it was barely 3pm and I knew it was going to be bad the minute I walked up and there were a few cars and no bbq smell not even the smoke but I walked in and employees were looking at me crazy. I asked if they were open and sure enough they were but it was so dead and empty. It was so dead they asked if I wanted the lights on in the lobby. Long story short the food sucked but for $20 you get allot of food and I've been to a few places that were expensive but for $20 you get allot of food it just wasnt good. Brisket was old and dry. It lacked flavor and texture and it was bad. Brisket sausage That was actually good and the only thing worth eating. Sides Macaroni salad wasn't for me I I would say that's something that wouldn't go well with bbq but that's my opinion. The inside of the building was just sad and old. And very dirty it doesn't look like it's been clean in years. Walls were yellow and and sticky and it was very humid and stale. They were selling a beat up scuffed up ice maker for $375 when they go for $400 brand new. Sad part was just to show how bad the food was a guy came in bought a plate calmly walked back up to the front put his plate at the register and walked out. He had the brisket too but ate a few pieces and left the rest of the food at the front and gave a yucky face and walked out. Now that's worst then my review you can't go any lower than that. I find it strange that this place is unclaimed by the owner but there's info and pictures from the owner. I guess I missed out on the good times because it looked like they were booming back in 2016. It's a damn shame they let it go down because it sucked and the brisket was insulting to be served old hard brisket. As an amateur bbq pit master I was disgusted by the quality of food that was being served and sold.
