Bartender was honestly alright. She was on it and personable somewhat until her hair was found in the chips she gave me and then she literally did not care. To be young and ignorant is one thing, ignorance is bliss…… But to act like the fact that YOUR hair that’s in the chips from behind the bar that YOU service isn’t YOUR problem is another kind of bliss. Be better!

Had a tiny issue in the dining room, The manager, Mr. Miller took care of the problem instantly he is so personable kind and what an amazing leader in an establishment like on the border. Food was good nothing too crazy, the water is very good, atmosphere is kinda hectic but the hostess I think her name was Katelynn was very nice and helped more the waitress did she deserves promotion.

Had a horrible experience hear. Haven't been to one the board in a few years, wife and I decided to go to night. The hostes informed us it would be a 30 min wait account of them only having two waiters, and one bartender. I said that will be fine. She sat the 10 top that was befor us and another couple, 20 min into the wait, another couple walks in and the hostes sat them immediately. When the hostes came back I ask her why neither of us could sit in that spot. She said they asked for it! Well done OTB, WELL DONE

Dirty bathrooms. Hostess is slow to seat. Didn't get food we asked for. Food did not arrive as described on the menu. Queso is gross. Green sauce is gross. Service was severely lacking and waitress seemed uninformed about menu items. Would choose food off of a gas station roller next time.

Decent food with decent service wasn't bad but wasn't over the top if I had to go back there again I would but I've had much better on the borders.
Careful of the chicken tortilla soup. That was the only thing I had from OTB Bryant Irvin on 2/19/24 and got food poisoning within 45 minutes.
