My coworker and I just received a delivery from Snooze. Usually this is a place I would frequent quite often. However, when we received our food today, there were hairs in both containers. When I called to address the situation with the general manager Corey, he spoke to me as though I was the problem after I had just spent my money for what should have been quality food. His demeanor and customer service was very poor and he had little regard for the disgusting inconvenience on my behave, telling me to contact door dash about the situation when it was not a door dash problem but a Snooze problem...the nerve. At this point it wasn't even about the money, it was about the lack of integrity to acknowledge my complaint. I called back after feeling dismissed and disregarded, after holding for 42 minutes I finally got Marsha on the phone and she wasn't much of a help. I took time out of my busy day to simply say do better. Today really showed your true colors in how you deal with customer, and not to mention the hairs to go along with the food.

Went in for our first time on Sunday 4/21 for brunch. Added our family to the waitlist online which was game changer. We were seated promptly about 15 minutes upon arrival. The host was very sweet, she had short, dark hair but I can’t remember her name. The atmosphere was really cool, and our server, Molly was the best! Our food was delicious, the wait was a little longer but that’s expected with how busy they were. The host sent over a strawberry shortcake pancake on the house which was so kind and made our day. Everything was absolutely delicious! The mimosas were great, and overall we just had such a wonderful experience. Our new family favorite brunch spot!

I was weary about this place at first. Glory be to god to have Daniela as my server. She did not have to look at the menu and it seemed like she was reading my mind. She was very attentive about allergies in food . If it was not for her I would be at the er all day today . Thank you Daniela ! Especially for asking about the coconut allergies ! Amazing atmosphere!

Went for breakfast, they gave our table away because we didn’t make it to the door within 2 minutes of them texting us since their parking lot was full and we had to park a little ways away. Then they put us at the end of the waitlist, then 15 minutes later took us off the waitlist for no reason. The manager said there was nothing there was nothing they could do, and didn’t come over to talk to us. The hostess decided to seat us immediately after that since their system wouldn’t let her override to get us back on the list. The server was great and very personable! We waited about 45 minutes for our food which was good, but not incredible.
I wish I could put 10/5 stars for service! We had Reid and he was beyond amazing. We would walk through rain and hail to come see him again. I’d let my hair frizz for this guy! Great great great! Food and drink are also amazing

Food is ok. Seating is NOT IDEAL FOR ANY PARTIES OVER 4. Definitely not the best place to brunch with girlfriends with parties over 4. The restaurant also only had 1 highchair. Recommend other spots for big families or large groups!Parking: Terrible parking lot. Super small.

Reed was the best very knowledgeable about the menu n drinks n friendly service n he went beyond the call of duty give the man a raise n they got the crispy hash browns right the first time that only happened one other time at waffle house in Mansfield thanks Reed I will be asking for u every time6 stars reed.
