We haven't been to this Taco Bell in over 2 years. While the interior is updated and fairly clean, it's the staff, or lack of reliable staff that can cripple any fast food chain. We did get our order, and the staff member was very helpful, but we like the Taco Bell on Valentine St. in Fort Worth. I wish I could have given a better review. We really wanted to be impressed with this location since we haven't been here in quite some time.
In all fairness, this visit was a late night, so the atmosphere was definitely a Customer Vibe. The Team did a great job taking care of the folks inside and maintaining that drive thru line. Most of us will drive to our favorite locations. The food just taste better when the folks making it are smiling. Can't beat it!

food was great order was perfect but the bathroom was so disgusting ?the water in the sink didn’t even work.lots of homeless people walk in for the drink machine but the rest of the restaurant was pretty clean there were a few tables that were not wiped down though and there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant.

We come here about once a week and my husband is a very picky eater. His orders are usually difficult and confusing. Miss Evelyn was in the drive thru and she was very nice and made sure all of our requests and substitutions were correct. One thing that made her stand out, the whole reason for this review is when my husband ordered his combo, she is the first person to ever ask him if he wants his side tacos substituted the same way as his nachos. Seems like such a small easy thing but no one ever asks and he never thinks of it so he ends up with a bunch of food he can’t eat. Everything was absolutely perfect and it’s thanks to Evelyn. A lot of ppl think fast food is easy and a low end job. It’s not easy, especially with difficult customers and she was pleasant as can be. Thanks Evelyn!

This should be called taco hell, Everything I ordered was cold! crunchy tacos where soft falling apart. The only thing that was good was the taco sauce and soda! This place needs new management
Only person in restaurant. Ordered on kiosk. Totally ignored. After waiting ten minutes employee asks me why I’m waiting. Didn’t make food. There are 6 employees literally doing nothing. I hope this franchisee enjoys paying employees to do nothing but drive customers away.

Their chalupas are cold, stale, undercooked, and the chicken has zero flavor.I get the feeling they mass produce them before they're ordered, which only results in chewy chalupa shells, and cold, bland chicken.Not to mention they will often overload the chalupas with sour cream.It's always a mixed bag here.

“Off with the gloves”Ok, I’m not big on bashing food chains unless you offended me. This taco ball has to be one of the rudest, mediocre food served, attitude having chain on eastchase pkwy. Ice machine has been down for months and employees get mad when you ask for ice behind the counter.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. My order of supreme tacos was missing sour cream, and all six of them were broken. When I tried to address the issue with the manager at the front desk, she responded with eye-rolling and a dismissive attitude, instructing the staff to make new tacos. The assistant manager, a young man, was equally unprofessional, using inappropriate language. Frustrated with the situation, I requested a refund, which led to both of them becoming irate. The assistant manager followed me outside yelling loudly, causing a distressing scene. Ultimately, it turned out he was going to his car, but the entire encounter was unsettling. I would strongly advise against dining here due to the exceptionally poor customer service.
