This is a nice out of the way place. I went on a Sunday, a day before the eclipse. The place was not too busy. You get put on a waiting list and can just grab whatever you want to drink out of the cooler. I would come back again if ever in the area.

I came here with a few of my friends for lunch and it was amazing! it was really last minute so we just found the place and didn't know what to expect, but it was honestly one of the best meals I've had in a really long time. The service was awesome and I loved my burger! Definently worth checking out:)

We drove up at 2:15 pm today, Friday March 22nd only to be told we can’t order food. Website says they are open. It’s a drive to get out to this place only to be turned around with no notice or reason given. Big motorcycle rally In town and people turned around left and right. Not a good

Drove 45 miles Friday afternoon on a beautiful day. Arrived at 2:30 to find out the new management closed at 3:00. Still plenty early, but no shut down food service because they were short staffed. Guess they want reimburse us for mikeage and two hours round trip time. New management likely ving off old owners reputation. Don’t waste your time!

Been going to Fredericksburg for 10+ years, never ate here until this last weekend. Staff is amazing, very friendly to us and our pup. Wait was almost an hour to order, but I was fine with that because atmosphere was great, weather was cool, and they had beer and live music. Food was amazing. Very few times I can put down a half pound burger, but this was one of those times. Fried pickles were the best we have had. Will be coming back.

This was such a unique place we stumbled upon. We were headed to Old Tunnel State Park to take a quick hike and noticed the restaurant next door had a fun vibe. It looked kid friendly, and the parking lot started filling up fast! So we tried it and it was great! The burgers were big and delicious. The hand cut fries were tasty. The drive out there was beautiful too. It's worth the drive!

What a gem! The atmosphere & service is hard to find in any city. Now the burger; Wow, gotta say this was the best burger I've ever had! Watching the guy run the kitchen like a symphony was also enjoyable. I will always return when I'm in the area!

Food was good—I wouldn’t call it the best I’ve had. Needed more than one tiny slice of tomato. Didn’t come out cooked as requested. Onion rings were wonderful!

Went to this place today. Was told 45-1 hour wait. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, we were told just a few people ahead of us. There was another couple that overheard and told us that after they ordered, they were still waiting after 20 min for their food. I've eaten there before and think that the food is good. Just not worth the wait. This place should have better staffing as this was Saturday afternoon with a lot of empty indoor seating. We drove a long way to just waste our time not eating.

Our wait staff was terrific. The guy fromNY who takes the orders out side needs an attitude adjustment! He is obviously not a people person. But, go there! It’s a great place to eat ! And the fried green beans aren’t TOO spicy, they’re yummy!!!

Best burger I’ve had in a long time. My bf and I were in Fredericksburg for a few days so we went to visit Luckenbach and found this place. I love goat cheese too, and there’s is served with bread and cooked garlic. Great place for sitting outside too with plenty of space.

Down here from Fort Worth to enjoy the local wine offerings and happened onto Alamo Springs Cafe. If you are into burgers, fries, and beer it gets no better than Alamo Springs.
